Tunde Ednut who spotted the photoshop error, took a screenshot before she deleted it, and then made an hilarious comment.
Tunde said: “MY D*CK STOOD when I saw this picture of our popular actress @rechaelokonkwo. MY DICK WENT SOFT when I saw the pole in the glass bent to the shape of her ass…. or is it my eyes?”
Amidst her marital crisis, Mercy Aigbe has shared a message on her Instagram against Domestic Violence, and she of course disabled the comments on the post.
She shared a picture which depicts domestic violence and captioned it: “#saynotodomesticviolence”.
This of course shows that all reports concerning her marriage crisis is true.
Mercy Aigbe has been in the news for the past week after LIB broke the news that her marriage has crashed including pictures that showed the actress was indeed a victim of domestic violence.
Though her husband, Lanre Gentry denied he ever touched the actress, but proof that Mercy was beaten have been made available online which shows the actress undergoing a CT scan. Read up here.
Earlier on today, reports by Spy Reporters claim that Mercy Aigbe was pregnant for Lanre Gentry while he was still married to Actress, Bimbo Akinsanya.
The actress is still yet to respond to the reports.
A 32-year-old man, Eric Effiong, has been arrested by operatives of the State Intelligence Bureau, SIB, Lagos State Police Command, for allegedly absconding with a school bus belonging to Peak Lane International School, Oremeji, Akute, a suburb of Lagos.
According to Vanguard, Effiong, a father of two, before he absconded with the school bus worth over N3.6 million, had worked with them for six years.
According to a police source at the command headquarters, the suspect was arrested following a petition to the Commissioner of Police, CP Fatai Owoseni, by the proprietress of the school.
The source said:
“On May 27, the proprietress of Peak Lane International School, Oremiji Close, Oremiji Estate, Alagbole Akute, reported that on March 7, a driver with the school, Eric Effiong, absconded with one of the buses with number plates SMK 123 EM.”
The suspect, who relocated from his known address and switched off his phone, was finally arrested by SIB operatives, who tracked him down in Calabar, Cross River State.
Before his arrest, Effiong had already changed the number plate of the bus, re-branded it with Cross Lines Transportation Company colours and was operating Calabar-Uyo routes.
The Commissioner of Police has directed that he be charged to court for prosecution.
Speaking to Vanguard, Effiong said: “I was arrested for stealing a school bus. I was going to drop a passenger when they came down from a taxi and told me I was under arrest. I really feel bad that this thing happened to me. I just pray my boss would forgive me.
“While on official duty earlier this year, I hit a child of about one year and broke his leg. I spent over N200,000 to treat the baby.
“When I ran out of cash I began to sell my items to raise money. In the cause of that, my rent expired and my salary was N54,000. Because the school doesn’t give loan, I became frustrated. I did not know what to do and decided to abscond with the bus.
“When I got home with the bus, my parents asked how I came about it. I did not tell them anything.
“The bus was already white. I only branded it with Cross Lines Transportation Company because of the police on the road. It is safer operating under a brand name because it shields one from unnecessary arrests and harassments by security agents.
“I did that without the knowledge of the company. Since I was not operating in their park, it was difficult for them to suspect me. Apart from that, I only used it for one week because the front tyres were not good.
“It is not true that I switched off my phone. Only one of my colleagues called me the first day this thing happened. He asked me where I was. We did not discuss anything.”

Dear Congress Men and Women, the Union’s attention has been drawn to a deceitful and mischievous release making rounds and credited to the Management on the outcome of a meeting that was held at Alausa on Wednesday, 26th April, 2017.
The Union wish to unequivocally state that:
1. Throughout the 7 hours meeting, the Unions (ASUP, NASU & SSANIP) were never directed to summon Congresses to call off the ongoing strike. There was a suggestion that the Unions should inform their Congresses about the new ‘development,’ and the Unions equally suggested that the Rector should rather call a town hall meeting to address all staff on the ‘black market’ proposition of Permanent Secretaries (OSAE and ESTAB). Both the Unions and the Rector couldn’t agree on anything.
2. Your Union was reliably informed that the Rector had lobbied the Permanent Secretaries to support his idea of short changing our members, by declaring that 81 Months of the arrears should be jettisoned, while the Unions be forced to sign for only Six (6) Months. Of course, this is not new to us, the Rector started the plots long before now, you will all recall our last town hall meeting where this anti-people’s idea was mooted.
3. The Union totally kick against the imposition of obnoxious and ‘back door’ policy of a Ministry on our Institution. Hence, the reliance on the policy of the Ministry that Government cannot pay more than a maximum of six (6) months arrears is alien to us, and is NOT equally known to any Tertiary Institutions (LASU, AOCOED and MOCPED) in the state.
4. The Union strongly stand on the mandate of the Congress and have refused to be coerced by the Management into agreement that is not only selfish, inhuman but also contrary to the mandate of the Congress.
5. The Union also condemn in its totality the massive militarisation of the campuses, and proliferation of unlicensed arms and ammunition by the Management to intimidate and harass members of the Unions and generality of staff.
6. Kindly know that, your Union is doing everything to ensure that you are not short-changed and peace is restored to the campus.

Mrs. Titilayo Shodipo, who was allegedly killed by her husband, was three months pregnant, neighbours have said.
PUNCH Metro learnt that after the police locked up the house of the couple shortly after the incident on Monday, their four children were left stranded.
They reportedly slept in the open air.
Our correspondent had reported that Titilayo and her husband, Omolaja, had been married for over seven years and had four children together.
It was reported that the relationship was fraught with disagreements, which often resulted in fights.
It was said that Titilayo, who was said to be a choir mistress at a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, however, refused to quit the marriage.
Residents stated that on Monday, there was another disagreement between the couple, during which her husband stabbed her with a sharp object.
Neighbours, who visited the scene, were said to have found her remains and alerted policemen from the Owutu division, who removed the corpse.
PUNCH Metro gathered on Tuesday that Titilayo, who came from the Republic of Benin, was pregnant with another baby when she was killed.
A resident said, “She was three months pregnant at the time of the incident. Her mother, who kept lamenting the incident, also confirmed it when she came to the scene. The unfortunate part of the story was that after the police removed the corpse and locked up their house, their four children had nowhere to go. They slept outside in the open. The eldest of them is just five-year-old; others are four, three and two years. ”
The resident, who did not want to be identified, asked the Lagos State Government to take charge of the children.
Our correspondent was told that Omolaja, an indigene of Ogun State, had yet to be apprehended.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, said it was normal for the police to cordon off crime scenes, adding that it was unfortunate that the children were affected.
He promised to brief our correspondent on the update of the case after speaking with the Owutu Divisional Police Officer.
He had yet to do so as of the time of filing this report.

A boy identified as Michael has survived an horrific burn after his neighbor spilled fuel on him. He is currently hospitalized at the Burns Unit National Hospital, Abuja.

A neighbour was fuelling her generator set and in the process fuel spilt on him. Being a little boy that he is (ignorant), he never knew the gravity of what’s about to happen to him when he got home and his mum asked him to bring the candle from the sitting room.

Great morning to you all, of recent, have been suspecting my wife. Nigerians are furious after the news of a baby who was raped at 6 months hit social media.
The victim, identified as Khadija Bashir was raped at 6 months old by an unnamed accuser who has apparently employed the services of 10 lawyers to defend him in court.
Khadija has undergone many corrective surgeries, and now, she’s 8 months old, and her family faces the risk of not getting justice for the child, after the “rapist” hired 10 lawyers to defend him in court.
This news stirred major conversation on social media.
While some people are demanding for the identity of the accuser, others have asked of how they can help Khadija’s family. Some are already volunteering to get a lawyer for Khadija’s family since they reportedly are unable to afford it.

Former Governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi has said President Buhari is healthy enough to run for a second term in office, come 2019.

Vanguard reports that a 33-year-old woman, identified as Sukurat Adedoyin reportedly died following complications during abortion.
The report claims that the mother-of-8 was impregnated by her boyfriend, Identified as Alabi Kamilu, 30.. She then sought for help from an auxiliary nurse, Bello Abosede, 34, to terminate the pregnancy. But later died during the process.
The Investigating Police Officer, Asake Morowuntonu, said the victim was a married woman and had had eight children. Morowuntonu stated that Kamilu, the alleged boyfriend, forced the deceased to terminate the pregnancy.

Reekado Banks spoke to Sunday Scoop, where he spoke about his parents reaction to his decision to go into music, what has changed about him since he became a star, the healthy competition in his Record Label, Mavins, among others.

Speaking on his parent’s reaction when he told them he is venturing into secular music, he said:
“My parents have always been supportive and they want the best for their children. When I initially told my mother about my intention, she had no problem with it. She then told my dad and he was okay with it too but said he wanted to be sure that I wouldn’t leave Jesus Christ.”
On what has changed about him since he became popular, Reekado said,
“I am still the same person I used to be. I do every other thing I want but I no longer have the liberty of walking on the street or going to some certain places I would have loved to go. I have always been the indoor type and even when I was in the University of Lagos, I never went to clubs or things like that.
Maintaining that he does not feel threatened by any of his label mates, the Katapot singer said,
“The only thing I can say we have among us is healthy competition. We encourage ourselves to do well and we’re one big happy family. We give ourselves good pressure, like when one person releases a good song, the others are motivated to do the same, or even do better. We also advise ourselves on how to do better and we constantly look out for one another’s progress.”
We stumbled upon a report that claims Actress Mercy Aigbe will be the fourth woman to bear kids for her Hotelier husband, Lanre Gentry.

Lanre Gentry, an American returnee who is into the hospitality business (he also sells cars) was said to have had three women, who all bore children for him before meeting and marrying Mercy Aigbe.
Though his first wife is divorced from him, he was said to have impregnated one Opeyemi Amuda, who had his first son, Lanre, for him.
Opeyemi, then a young girl was said to be a sister to his first wife’s friend. Gentry was said to have started dating the young girl who later became pregnant.
His first wife had just daughters then and he named Opeyemi’s son, Lanre. It was gathered that the boy is 18 years old, lives with his grandparents in Egbeda, Lagos while his mum is abroad and remarried with two other children.
Lanre, after Opeyemi, dated and married an Igbo policewoman who had also packed out of the house.
According to reports, Mercy started dating him after his split from the policewoman and must have decided marrying him when he spoilt her silly with gifts and money. In fact, he was said to have gifted her with two cars (a Honda Element and Honda CRV) on the same day!
They were officially married in 2013.
Meanwhile, Mercy had always said in interviews that she was the second wife.
“How can she be the second wife when she is the fourth to bear children for him? He has children from different women and when Mercy had Juwon, Lanre called all his baby mamas that they should bring all his children to come and live under same roof with one another in his house but those women declined. The many responsibilities must have also contributed to his financial misfortune because he is not as rich as when Mercy met him,” a reliable source said.
One of the reasons that caused fracas in his marriage to Mercy was infidelity from his part. It was gathered and alleged that Lanre was dating Opemititi, a young lady, who lives in Abeokuta but comes to Lagos regularly.
The lady also known as “Queen Stunner” was said to be very close to Mercy and visited her at home. There are allegations that the estranged husband of Mercy is having an affair with Opemititi.
For now, Mercy is said to have been separated from Lanre and moved out of the home.
Yul Edochie had a chat with GoldenPearlMedia and he disclosed reasons why he keeps his wife away from the media’s eye.
In his words:
“My wife is not an actress, she’s not into show business, she’s a computer engineer, also a business woman, she’s not into the whole paparazzi spotlight thing, its her lifestyle. So, she can’t be in the media eyes.”
He disclosed that his wife took the children to his father, Pete Edochie to spend the last Easter Holidays.
“My wife and kids went to see my parents in the East. Seeing my parents and daughter bond is a feeling, i can’t even express, its a blessing. Family is everything. I thank God.
“I could remember that While growing up, my father taught me discipline, honesty, integrity, bravery, self respect and for fellow humans, hard work, passion for work, a lot more and I have passed that onto all my children.”
