That’s what everyone is saying, and the Okoye brothers might just decide to come through with it. Emotion sells, and this might just be the perfect title to inspire record sales.
3. Back To Jos
After so much battling in Lagos, the city where family values are eroded, and the pursuit of money makes men demons to their brothers, the Okoye brothers take a deserved trip to their roots in Jos.

A new telecommunication industry report shows that Globacom has strengthened its position as the leader among the four major service providers in new data subscriber acquisition. The report covers data subscription activity in the last quarter of 2015.
An analysis of the report showed that it was only Globacom that had an increase in its internet subscriber figure in the last quarter of 2015. Globacom had 23,285,454 internet users in October, 24,952,559 in November and in December 25,082,066 subscribers which indicates an addition of 3.2m new internet subscribers in the quarter.
However, South African telecoms service provider, MTN, lost subscribers within the period just as its competitions Airtel and Etisalat. MTN had a total of 41,835,294 internet subscribers at the beginning of October 2015 had 39,924,737 data subscribers at the end of December, a loss of almost 2 million customers.
Airtel which began the quarter with 17,730,955 internet customers ended with 16,835,952, a loss of nearly 900,000 subscribers. Etisalat on its part also dropped in internet subscriber figure as it lost 408,282 internet customers, having begun the quarter with 15,598,070 data and ended it with 15,189,788.
This latest report comes just weeks after the same regulator named Globacom as the leader in new internet subscriber acquisition in the telecommunications industry in the third quarter of 2015.
The report stated that Globacom gained the highest number of internet users in September of 2015 with over a million new internet users on its network, up from 20,765,379 data users in August to 21,896,229 data users the following month. The figure showed an addition of 1,130,850 new internet subscribers which was much more than the total number of new internet users who joined the three other major telecom operators – MTN, Airtel and Etisalat. The three recorded a combined total of 716,450 new internet subscribers in September.
An industry source attributed Globacom’s rapid growth in data subscriber base in the third and last quarters of 2015 to its enhanced internet service delivery.
The company had also announced while launching its new data products that it had invested massivelyin upgrading its data infrastructure. The upgrade was supplemented by its extensive nationwide optic fibre infrastructure linked to its Glo 1 submarine cable which connects Nigeria to Europe, America and the rest of the world.
Globacom also rolled out mouth-watering internet packages which have a lot of appeal to data users. These include Free Tomorrow, Bumper Data offers, Campus Booster, Twin Bash and Weekend and Night packages.
Free Tomorrow gives back double the value of airtime a subscriber uses in a day for internet services, phone calls and SMS. This is re-credited to the subscriber’s phone by 12 midnight. Campus Booster on its part is a special data plan that allows students and others on campus to get up to eight times more data value whenever they use their Glo lines on campuses.
In the Bumper Data offers, subscribers get 1.5G for just N1000 and 4.5G for N2500. Similarly, a N3,000 data plan gives subscribers 6GB data valid for one month, while a N4000 data plan gives 9GB data plan valid for a month.
Also, Twin Bash offers subscribers the facility of recharging data directly from recharge cards in denominations of N200 to N5000. A customer who recharges with N200 gets 200 MB of data worth N800 and N200 worth of airtime free for voice calls. The Twin Bash recharge, which is the best deal for voice and data in Nigeria, can be subscribed to by dialing *223*pin#. The Twin Bash offer is also available on the N500, N1000 and N5000 data recharge plans.

Reports have it that Comedian Ayo Makun’s Marriage to his wife, Mabel has crashed.
Sources close to top comedian AY Makun have confirmed to Blogger Stella Dimokorkus that his marriage has gone into the gutters, and his wife, and mother of his child, has moved out of their home.
The reason for the breakup is not stated, but SDK says it’s ‘too dirty to be posted’.
The comedian is reportedly out of the country working on a new movie, and has not yet responded to this story. Today (February 23) he shared a picture of himself with the caption “It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see. Good morning my neighbours” on his Instagram.
SDK insider sources alleged that Mabel Makun left while her husband is away, but they did not immediately confirm if she left with their only child Michelle.

Yesterday, the ‘Love You More’ singer warned his over 300,000 Instagram fans, saying he had just learnt that someone was using his photo to trick people into giving money on Facebook, and he described the criminal act as a ‘Nigerian scam’.
“I’m being told someone is using my name to trick people into giving money THIS IS NOT ME!!!!” He wrote, “It’s a Nigerian scam going on so if anyone on any page that has my name ask for money curse they ass out people will do anything for a dollar it’s crazy.”
On his page, offended Nigerians are dragging him for filth, but his fans claim that the singer never meant that the scam was being masterminded by a Nigerian, only that he described same as a scam Nigerians are famous for.
Either way, the slap didn’t land softly, especially to compatriots eager to defend the nation’s honour.

Yesterday, actress Shan George took to her Instagram page to call out a Soundcity employee DRO Ameh for swindling her out of N100,000. She claimed she had given him the money to promote one of her videos on the music channel but the video was never played and she is yet to be refunded. (Click here to read if you missed it)
Here’s a response from the accused Soundcity Staff:
I had kept mute on this issue when she took to lie in the press in 2015 because the friend/colleague who introduced me to her said he’d handled it and later got to know he served her a legal/court injunction but being learned and a great mother, she has kept at her malicious act.
Hence, I am forced to response to issues I have seen raised in the press and deal with the defamation of character legally and privately – unless she again pulls a ‘nollywood’. Addressing the issues:
1. I run a digital PR and social media marketing company which I had slowed down with since being head of new media for CMA – company behind Soundcity et al.
Clients in the course of over 10 years doing this incl. a long number of A-list and fast rising Nigerian acts. I wouldn’t mar all that work and reputation for NGN100,000.
If I don’t have it, I know a client that would give me to refund but I do have it 🙂
2. Never at any point, even months after we had concluded the business did I get a text or call from Shan George complaining of what I did, let alone ask for a refund – which I would have gladly done.
3. Shan George sent me N100,000 (a hundred thousand naira) and never did we – agree – or – imply – or – ask – as payola for airplay but digital PR for the said video – which was uploaded to Youtube myself in the december of 2014. (Digital PR in this case meant speak to blogs to have the video – do a search and see if I delivered)
I need add that at no time did we speak in vernacular, let alone discuss even my job and her claim that i said: “Madam no be me say make u go shoot rubbish video for ur pikin. If u do pem, i go spoil ur pikin music career for this Nigeria o. bring 5oo thousand naira before i play the video or don’t call my fone again, we don’t get paid any salary in Soundcity so we have to do our own hustle to survive here.” I saw this in 2015, and shocked me to the core.
I have been in the industry for 12 years and work at CMA, parent company for Soundcity for 6 out of the 12 years in different capacity and I have never been owed salary, I get bonuses and I have had to account for cash 2/3/4 times that amount to the company.
I spoke to Shan three times, met his son – Jaga once and never at anything did we get so casual to speak in vernacular.
4. As I was shocked to my core when I read what she claimed I said, i did the logical thing. I called her number and sent countless text/SMS for her account details to make a refund even reaching out to a lady who was also introduced to me as her manager only to get a response that said: ‘If she had investment the money, it would have yielded returns (paraphrased),’ re-stating all I had was her 100,000 – we didn’t do ‘investment’ business and as i write this, I never got her bank details.
5. How I met/knew Shan George? As you might have read, A senior colleague – in fact he manages a sister channel and one time supervising producer for the Soundcity channel introduced us.
If it was ever airplay on Soundcity,the question is – why would such a colleague introduce me – head of new media when his position afforded him the authority in the matter.
This is in addition to the fact that the colleague introduced the video director Matt Max to Shan George to shoot the video. Again, never did Shan George pay me 100,000 for airplay on SoundcityTV. I understood they had a falling out
6. The Colleague introduced me for ‘PR,’ I made my pitch but she apparently didn’t know what it was or entitled so I stuck to ‘online’ and doing anything else I could do for her after she pleaded and went into details of things I didn’t need to know – her ill mother and how she was cleaning up after her but ‘really need to do this for her son.’
I fail to understand her plan but if it now, to get a refund from me? It is past that time! She would have to first prove in court that i defrauded her then the guilty party would definitely pay, i am sure now it would be more than NGN100,000.
7. Now, I am hoping this addresses everything for the press and friends who have called while I go about sorting this out the right way, legally. Sadly, would only be replying matters I deem fit of responding to via @dirtyhiphophead only.
It’s official people, the beef between Blogger Linda Ikeji and Wizkid is real.
Recall few days ago, Wizkid shared a link of an article that bashed Linda Ikeji accusing her of having a “Poverty mentality” and captioned it “Nice Read”, thus endorsing and agreeing with the article, then the starboy proceeded to his snapchat to endorse the article and mock the blogger.
Linda Ikeji then responded to the mockery yesterday through an article she wrote about rapper The Game and his baby mama.
The American rapper bought two bags for his baby mama and his daughter, and the happy mum shared the photo of the bags on her page. But a critic hopped on the post to say unkind kinds, prompting The Game to come to his baby mama’s defence.
In her publication Linda praised The Game for that chivalry but shaded Wizkid by saying “unlike a deadbeat father who hasn’t started to carter for his child.”
The Game and Tiffney Cambridge have been together on/off for years and have 2 children together. Here’s what happened. Tiffney shared a photo on Instagram, of two designer handbags owned by her & her daughter with The Game. A random Internet Troll took to the comments section to slam her for trying to act like she purchased the bags by herself. The Game swiftly responded (unlike a deadbeat father who hasn’t started to carter for his child) and dragged the Troll.

Have been dating this girl for five years now, and we both love each other. People do call us Romeo and Juliet because of the way we show our love openly.
I love her so much that when we have misunderstanding I find it difficult to breath because I feel she’s my life. She’s very supportive both financially and mentally, and I love her for that.

Something unusual happened at the GET Arena last night when Guinness unveiled a new brand, TheSpecialOne.
Olamide was one of the artistes that performed, and while performing, it was alleged than fans started cheering and suddenly, they started throwing water and drinks at him.
The act shocked many, as it’s hard to understand why such was been done. Olamide has always been an artiste loved by many.

Just days after the tragic death of popular Igodo actor Michael Odiachi, Nollywood has experienced another great loss.
Nollywood has been thrown into a deep state of mourning following the demise of a veteran Nollywood actor, Festus Aguebor known for his white beards and starring in major thrilling movies.
Earlier today, ace producer, Fidelis Duker announced on Facebook the passing away of the actor who was popular for his roles in movies such as The King and I, Family Contract, Rituals and A Kiss from a Rose.
He was also popular for his role as the grandpa in family series, Household.
Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and North West stepped out to go shopping with John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, that was before the reality star shared photos of her family passed out at the store.

John and Chrissy who are expecting their baby anytime soon, seem to have invited the family to spend sometime helping them shop before the baby comes.

Kim shared a photo showing Kanye and North passed out on couches in the store that obviously sold furnitures.
The mother-of-two shared the photo, commenting:

“So today we went baby shopping with @johnlegend & @chrissyteigen Kanye & North were a little too quiet. We found them passed out in the middle of the store ������ #TheRealLifeOfPablo.”
A Nigerian student and two other African students of Manchester University, UK, died and a fourth injured when a van driven by a man who authorities say was intoxicated struck them on Sunday, February 21.
Deangelo R. Evans is facing charges in connection with the crash. The 26-year-old from Chicago, was charged with three counts of operating while intoxicated causing death, one count of OWI resulting in serious bodily injury, and three counts of reckless homicide.
The crash happened shortly before 5:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes near mile marker 253. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Department, it appears that the students’ van was stopped in the median with a flat tire.
Seven people were standing outside when another van that was headed north on I-69 left the road and went into the median, striking four of the students.
The victims, all international students have been identified as Nerad Grace Mangai from Jos, Nigeria, (find her photos above) Brook M. Dagnew and Kirubel Alemayehu Hailu, from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Israel Solomon Tamire was taken by helicopter to Parkview Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne and is listed in critical condition.
Nebiyu Shiferaw Alemu, Amanuel Atsbha Gebreyohannes and Dagmawi Meseret Tadesse were not seriously hurt and have returned to campus.
University officials say the students had been to Ball State and Taylor University prior to the accident.
“We have an intercultural center and our students have begun to gather there. We have counselors there, staff and friends there. It’s going to be a long process.
We anticipate having services on campus for the students. We’ve notified parents and it’s a matter of those students being able to be together and to support one another,” said David McFadden, President, Manchester University.
A gathering was planned for Sunday night in Petersime Chapel at Manchester University for students, faculty and staff.
