Tonto Dikeh’s Elder brother, Charles and his father Mr Dikeh remembered late Mrs Veronia Dikeh who died on 9, September, 1987 in Rivers State.
The family lit candle on her grave side led by Mr Dikeh and his son Charles.

Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, who performs under the mononym Skales, is a Nigerian rapper, singer-songwriter and performer.
In 2000, he started writing rap songs in Kaduna. Between 2007 to 2008, he travelled to Jos to work with Jesse Jagz and Jeremiah Gyang.

Federal Government has sent out a Special Technical Team to the University of Lagos, Akoka to unravel the cause of the electrocution of Oluchi Anekwe (Pictured above), a 300 level first class student of Accounting at the University.
A statement by the Deputy Director in charge of press at the Ministry of Power, Timothy Oyedeji, said the technical team, led by Engr. Peter Ewesor of Nigeria Electricity Management Services Limited, (NEMSL) arrived Lagos State yesterday September 10th and is already at the scene of the incident.
The statement in part reads:
“At the end of the exercise, the team is expected to find out what actually went wrong and which groups or individuals are culpable after which appropriate sanction will be forwarded to the regulator, Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
Furthermore, the report will also contain future mitigating measures that would prevent future occurrence of this kind of fatalities.”

Kim Kardashian says she regrets not dating Kanye West earlier than when they started dating.

A quite furious Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, has aimed drastically at the Federal Government and the Lagos State Government over their silence after the tragic death of a 300 level UNILAG student which happened during the week.
Oluchi Anekwe a 300 level student of University of Lagos was electrocuted to death outside her hostel. In protest of the incident, all university activities have been shut by the student Union.
A man who is said to be the oldest pupil in the country has reportedly kicked the bucket at the age of 94, according to his family.
Mohammud Modibbo didn’t have the privilege to go to school as a child because he worked as a trader, travelling around the country.
BBC reports that, he decided to enter primary school in his mid-80s and had recently begun secondary school in the northern city of Kano. His teacher, Abdulkarim Ibrahim, said Mr Modibbo was “easy-going and jovial”.
“During classes, he was very attentive and asked questions when he didn’t understand – either asking the teacher or a student sitting beside him,”
Mr Ibrahim told the BBC Hausa service.
Mr Modibbo had dreamed of pursing a university education, but his “sudden death” had robbed him of that chance, the teacher added.
Initial reports put his age at 83, but his family says he was 94. Mr Modibbo was an Islamic scholar who sat in school alongside pupils young enough to be his great-grandchildren, and even great-great grandchildren.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records the oldest person ever to have enrolled at primary school, was Kenyan Kimani Maruge at the age of 84. He passed away five years later.

Nicole Putney, 32, was once named Vet Student of the Year and was described as a “very talented young lady” but had become extremely depressed following the breakdown of her five-month marriage.
She killed herself after traveling to Manchester to attend a business conference and that she left a suicide note for a woman she believed was having an affair with her scientist husband.
The accomplished animal welfare expert told her dad that she was about to commit suicide. Staff at the Novotel in Worsley, Greater Manchester were alerted by a friend of Ms Putney but were unable to get to her in time.
In his statement, Simon Mueller, a physicist at the International Energy Agency claimed her mental illness caused a strain in their marriage.
My relationship with my wife was harmonious to begin with.She quit her job and moved to Paris to be with me and our goal was to move to London.Nicole moved her things to Paris in late September 2014 but didn’t handle the transition very well.Our relationship deteriorated over a period of time.”
Mr Mueller said his wife had first attempted suicide by taking an overdose at some time in 2014, after he’d left their home to meet a friend.
He said he called an ambulance after he returned home and found his then fiancee with a knife, pills and a note. In another failed attempt just before their wedding, the statement said his wife had tried to hang herself.
“She made another suicide attempt in January 2015, she tried hanging herself and the fixation point collapsed. Despite those events, we decided to follow through with our planned marriage which was on January 9 2015.”
After their wedding Ms Putney began looking for jobs in London and it wasn’t long before she accepted an offer but that led to additional strain in their relationship.
“In the following months, she started looking for jobs in London,She was offered one and we continued to have problems because I decided I would not quit my job in Paris straight away. We visited London on March 7. We had an argument and she told me she was going out to get a drink, then she text me saying she was going to jump in front of a train. “She was found and taken to an emergency care ward where she was hospitalised until 27 April.
Later that month and ten days before her death, Mr Meuller told the inquest that his wife had asked for a divorce.
“I received a very difficult telephone call when she asked me to get a divorce lawyer and get the papers.I didn’t know what to respond to her request. She contacted me several times before her death and we were texting.”
Two Nigeria men have allegedly been apprehended after they were caught producing cocaine in Thailand. 43 year old Joseph Uyamadu, 43, and Emanuel Umiano, 33, were arrested on Monday alongside a Peruvian, Ammando William, during a raid at their rented house in a rubber plantation in Ban Kai district of Rayong province.
The house was reportedly used to hide a large number of chemicals and materials used in producing drugs. After an extensive search on the premises, an amount of cocaine hidden in the flush tank, a bag containing black and sticky substance similar to raw opium, black sheets of substance, choric acid, electric grinder, a microwave oven, kerosene, and two cars were discovered.
