Nollywood actress, Nuella Njubigbo has removed her husband, Tchidi Chikere‘s surname from her Instagram bio, weeks after they both debunked their marriage crash rumour.
Recall that there were speculations that the celebrity couple were having marital crisis after they unfollowed each other on Instagram.
This was further fueled by Tchidi’s ex-wife, Sophia Williams, when she shared a cryptic post on her Instagram page which reads “Wetin dey happen to one love made in heaven”.

Nigeria’s chief of army staff, Ibrahim Attahiru killed in plane crash
Nigeria’s Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Ibrahim Attahiru, has reportedly died, after an Air-force plane conveying him and 11 others, crashed in Kaduna State, on Friday evening, May 21.
According to reports, the plane which crashed at the Kaduna International Airport around 6pm, exploded and got burnt completely.
Mr Attahiru was appointed chief of army staff on January 26, succeeding Tukur Buratai. He was 54.
Mr Attahiru was killed alongside other military chiefs who were on the same flight, sources said. The presidency has already been briefed about the development.
The Nigerian Air Force has now issued a statement confirming that there was a crash, but did not immediately say the personalities onboard.

Abang Ogon, the Special Assistant to the Governor of Cross Rivers State on Student Affairs, has requested to resign from his position, following Ben Ayade’s defection from PDP to APC.
It was gathered that Abang wrote a resignation letter to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), after Ayade announced his departure from the opposition party.

The Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osibanjo attended the National Prayer Breakfast meeting themed “The Birth of a New Nation” today, May 21.
VP Osinbajo joined other Christian faithfuls to pray for Nigeria at the NAF Conference Centre in Abuja.
The meeting was organized for Christians to come together to pray for the nation and ask God for help in solving all the problems bedeviling the nation.

In other news, Vice president, Yemi Osinbajo took to social media to appreciate God for saving his life from a helicopter crash two years ago.
Recall that on the 2nd of February 2019, the politician alongside eleven others narrowly escaped death after they were involved in a helicopter crash in Kogi state.
The Vice President remembered the incident today, February 3rd, and expressed his deep gratitude to God for overturning the outcome of the accident.
He wrote,
“Today would have been remembered as a day of sorrow because of the helicopter crash on February 2, 2019 involving “me and 11 others,” but thankfully instead it is a day we remember for victory and thanksgiving.
We pray that we live long and well and I pray for all of you as well, that you all live long and well to enjoy the fruits of the land.”

While Nigerians have continued to drag singer, Naira Marley, over his sexual fantasies, controversial journalist, kemi Olunloyo has come out to defend him.
Recall that Naira Marley yesterday, publicly shared his desire to have sex with a mother and daughter at the same time. According to him, the mother should be aged under 40, while her daughter should be over 18.
Naira Marley’s post was met with public criticism as fans, as well as celebrities, called him out and slammed him for his “disgusting” fantasy.
Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh slammed him, accusing him of using his page to promote things that aren’t positive. She stated that she regrets the day she hugged him on the plane and called him the president of the Marlians because she liked him.
Meanwhile, in his defence, Nigerian investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has slammed those criticizing Naira for sharing his sexual fantasies and tagged them hypocrites.
Kemi stated that the singer is only being truthful and open about his fantasies, hence, it’s wrong to criticize him.
In her words,
“If you are a mother criticizing Naira Marley for saying the truth about his sexual fantasies, you’ve probably had sex with one of your daughter’s boyfriend’s. FEM!! There”.

A Nigerian lady has shared a video of the N16k prawn and plantain she was served at a luxurious hotel in Lagos state.
The lady, identified as @TheSopulu, took to Twitter to express shock at the quantity of the meal and described it as “daylight robbery”.
However, she stated that she didn’t pay for the food with her money.

Man shows the breakfast “he was served in bed in an Ibadan hotel”
A Nigerian Twitter user has taken to the platform to share the “ridiculous breakfast” he was served at an hotel in Ibadan, Oyo state.
The Twitter user identified as @oj_deji on the platform, stirred reactions after he shared a photo of the breakfast which he claimed he was served at a hotel in Ibadan.
The breakfast consisted of two biscuits, a boiled egg, and a sachet of instant coffee.
Sharing a photo of the “food”, the customer wrote, “Breakfast in bed. Ibadan hotel,” alongside a crying face emoji.

Nigerian woman gives birth to her second child after 16 years of waiting
A Nigerian woman, Oluyemi Olumekun, is currently in a celebratory mood as she welcomes her second child after 16 years of waiting.
Mrs Olumekun gave birth to a handsome baby boy sixteen years after her last child.
The family’s photographer took to social media on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, to share photos taken during their church thanksgiving service.
“After about sixteen years of her last child, God visited her with a baby boy. God is wonderful. Pictures captured by me God-factor Photography. Congratulations to you Mummy Oluyemi Olumekun.” he captioned the post.

Dencia questioned why such women are not married to broke old men, if they are so sure that they prefer older men to young men.

Reacting to Naira Marley’s fantasy, Nollywood actor Kunle Remi expressed concern over the singers mental health.
