40 million naira + $15,000 Fraud, Conspiracy, Theft, Forgery and Identity Theft activities of Miss Chuks Pearl Nneamaka Ogonna and Mr.Akinlonu Abiola Mobolaji
To whom it may concern I will like to provide a timeline of how this aforementioned pair conspired to steal the sum of approximately 40 million naira from me and my company, Whitenicious Inc.
In and around August 2014, I hired the aforementioned person -Pearl to represent my company as a salesperson in Nigeria and other neighboring countries. Her key responsibility was to sell and deliver products to clients who were unable to place online orders with credit or debit cards. Pearl was a fan who told me her family situation and I tried helping her by employing her.
Clients were instructed to deposit funds only to her bank account and some paid cash on delivery. In 2014 between August and the end of that year, she reported sales of 6,259,089.49 million Naira.
In 2015, 27.987,658.8 Million Naira and over 8.1 million naira so far in 2016. Collectively this amounts to over the sum of 40 million naira (estimated $200,000). The money was entrusted in her possession and an estimated 5 million naira was used for approved expenses and errands.
I entrusted Pearl with the money and fulfilled my promise to assist in arranging for her to come to my company headquarters in California for training. I had never met her in person till I visited Nigeria on business in 2015.
I successfully arranged for a two year work visa and footed her expenses to fly out business class to California and also provided her with all the comforts and amenities I share with my loved ones including my cars and home, known as @pumpsberry @rodeodrng on Instagram most of her followers can testify to the lifestyle I provided for her,she attended the BET awards last year and all the pre events, this year she attended the Grammy awards in the USA February 15th,I personally on many occasions bought her expensive clothes and shoes such as Gucci,Cavaoilli , buscemi, louboutins and more.
She was treated like a sister and I defended her relentlessly during her public disagreement with a Nigerian celebrity out of loyalty to her. MissChuks use to retail Replica high end designer clothes, shoes, bags and more, when she visited me in 2015, I sat her down and told her it wasn’t a good look and instead put in money towards the business and buying authentic designer goods to resell.
Unknowingly to me, she and her boyfriend Akinlonu Abiola Mobolaji were stealing the money she was entrusted with. In addition to these embezzled funds, an additional $15,000 was advanced to her to secure a location for a proposed boutique where I intended to start a venture selling high end fashion items in Abuja. The texts also detail how she conspired to defraud an additional $8,000 which I didn’t send.
Everything was revealed and her criminal activities were unexpectedly exposed when I randomly was looking through her phone at 2AM March 2nd in an attempt to try to convince her boyfriend not to break up with her via text.
I stumbled across the texts on her phone explaining in detail how she and her boyfriend Akinlonu Abiola Mobolaji conspired to steal my credit cards and banking information to attempt to buy cars. I had noticed some suspicious activities on my card prior to reading the texts and can only conclude she probably had something to do with it. I have asked my book keeper to initiate an audit to determine the exact amount stolen by this pair.
When I confronted her with my evidence she confessed to the allegations and still cannot adequately account for the money she was entrusted with. She claims she loaned her mother Mrs Eddienwachukwu Chinwe blessings Nonyelum N3M and boyfriend Akinlonu Abiola Mobolaji N10M and $13,000.
Her own texts in her own words explain how she was buying bottles of expensive alcohol and living it up with my stolen funds despite my generosity and kindness towards her. She has betrayed my trust and squandered the life changing opportunity I provided her.
There are millions of people who will have cherished a similar opportunity so I refuse to let this change who I am as a person. Everything I did for her was from the kindness of my heart and without expectations.
Despite the colossal betrayal, I still let her stay in my house and fed her. I was upset but never attacked her physically or verbally. I was more concerned about recovering my money, cutting my losses and having her return to her residence in Kaduna Nigeria. It was never my intent to let this situation develop into a public matter, I am not putting this out for the court of public opinions to judge us.
My preference was to keep this situation as a private matter. I told her mom to buy her a ticket to return to Nigeria on the 5th of March ( see attached message) but her mom ignored that because she wanted to come to la, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable with her at my house so I paid for her return ticket to Nigeria after her family didn’t act on it.
Her family was trying to put money together as they claimed ( see screenshot) Her Dad claimed their pastor said the boy Akinlonu Abiola Mobolaji used Juju on her but I dismissed that because more money was missing not just what she gave the boy ( see attached account information which excludes N8M from 2016 sales.
However, on Monday March 7th 2016, the police showed up at my residence in response to a criminal complaint from Pearls mother who claimed I kidnapped her daughter. Kidnapping is a serious crime which can result in decades in prison. Even worse, such a false evil allegation after what just happened to me was an unbearable insult.
The police officers were shown evidence of a return ticket and I have videos of Pearl voluntarily confessing to stealing my money. I was asked to press charges against her here in California but declined. I know she will be jailed and deported and that will not get me my money.
The officers explained how her mothers intent was to have me arrested on Charges of attempted kidnapping so her daughter could leave scotch free but when they showed up and saw her walking my Dog outside.
After questioning myself & Pearl,They didn’t understand what the kidnapping story was about, they asked me if I wanted her arrested and told me the steps to take.My intentions are not for Pearl to go through the American prison system, her family doesn’t have the money to even help themselves talk less of lawyers in the USA plus I already didn’t feel safe with her being even in California as I didn’t trust her at all.
I told the Ventura county police that this case will be handled in Africa where Pearl will be arrested upon arrival, I presented them her air ticket and the petition for her arrest.My only interest at this point is the recovery of my money so I am sending out this release in an tempt to recover my stolen funds.
Frankly, I am utterly disappointed in her mothers malicious actions whom I also extended my generosity to as well..Pearl told me how her sister was constantly mocked because no one believed she knew me so I decided to spend over $5000 flying out to New York where she was visiting from December to January ( I landed January 6th 2015 ) to meet her family and gave her mother money after she pleaded she didn’t have money to eat and move around, money to buy boxes and she had not bought anything for the kids and her husband.The same person is now claiming I kidnaped her daughter.I have attached two links on YouTube with Pearl confessing to her hideous criminal behavior.
It’s clear as day she is not remorseful and I’m beyond disappointed at her mother’s r(Mrs Eddienwachukwu Chinwe blessings Nonyelum) response. Before my trip to New York Pearl claimed her mom wasn’t doing well in New York and asked me to send her $500 which I did, Keep in mind this is barely a month after my brother passed but I still found the space in my heart to help her mom.
Again I never wanted to make this a public issue but I was advised by my legal counsel and numerous law enforcement agencies involved in this investigation to issue a press release to avoid any possible extortion or slander to my reputation.
At this point, I have asked my attorney and applicable law enforcement agencies to assist in recovering my stolen funds.I will not make anymore comments on this regardless of what her family says.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has commended MTN Nigeria on its impressive contributions to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) since its inception in 2004. Speaking during his working visit to the Head Office of MTN Nigeria on Monday, the Honourable Minister for Communication, Barrister Adebayo Shittu said the federal government will do everything possible to encourage and develop innovative ideas from MTN Nigeria and indeed other telecommunication companies in Nigeria.
“As a matter of fact, as a person, I consider MTN as first and foremost a Nigerian company. Nigerian company in the sense that it is a company registered in Nigeria like any other company. Speaking on the level of investment by MTN Nigeria Shittu said “MTN has made a lot of strides, pioneering efforts if I may say in regards to investment and in liberating Nigerians. But with the coming of MTN and GSM, things have been wonderful”.
On the lingering fines issue by NCC on MTN Nigeria, the Minister said “There is no doubt over the last couple of months that we have had issues; those issues are normal in relationships like this. The Lagos Cosmopolitan Police have arrested the contractor who is handling the collapsed five storey building in Lekki area of the state. The Lagos State Police Spokesperson, SP Oladapo Badmus, made the disclosure to the News agency of Nigeria (NAN).
Badmus gave his name as Odofin Taiwo, adding that he was currently under investigation. Meanwhile, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) said that the death toll at the collapsed five storey building in Lekki, had risen to 30 as at 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
NAN, who were at the scene report that the 28th dead person was brought out from the rubble at about 2 p.m., and the 30th minutes before 4 p.m.
The dead bodies had been evacuated to the mortuary. The stench from the dead bodies filled the air, forcing the rescue operators and other sympathizers to cover their nostrils with handkerchief.
“As we speak, we have been able to rescue 13 people alive, and unfortunately, 30 others have been brought out dead. “The operation is still ongoing, and I want to commend all the security agencies that have ensured the protection of the rescue operatives.
Also the Standard Organisation (SON) led by its Director, Inspectorate and Complaint, Mr Bede Obayi, inspected the collapsed building and others under construction in the area.
Obayi ordered for the collection of the different building materials used for the collapsed building, including iron rods, blocks, sand, granites and sea water for laboratory analysis.
“The first thing in a house is the block, from the ones we have examined here, it has failed the test. “The construction of this building is not up to 50 meters from the sea, showing that this land was reclaimed from the sea.
“There are conditions for reclaiming a land from the sea and the kind of building materials to be used in such lands. “We have to examine all the materials used for this building and see if they meet the condition,’’ he told NAN.
“You need to also see that the right professionals handled the building project. If you use the best materials without the right professionals handling the materials, things will still go wrong.
“You must be a registered professional engineer for you to handle this type of project. “If you want to build, you must look for a professional. We are going to investigate all the structures and materials in this environment,’’ Obayi said.

Eighteen people, including a woman and her child have been confirmed dead after the five-storey building under construction in Lekki, Lagos, collapsed early yesterday.
Thirteen people were rescued from the rubble by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) and the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA)
NEMA SouthWest media coordinator Ibrahim Farinloye confirmed the death toll and the number of those rescued.
The incident occurred at Horizon 1, Lekki Gardens in Ikate, at about 3am when it was raining heavily. Many workers believed to have
been trapped in the building.
It was learnt that the occupants were workers on the site and squatters who slept in the building after giving a tip to security men.
Lekki Gardens, the owners of the building, claimed to have ordered stoppage of work in January at the site when it was discovered that substandard materials were being used.
As at 4:30pm, bodies were still being retrieved from the building. Residents of the area were assisting emergency workers.Some of the victims are Beninoise.
It was also learnt that a woman and her two children who came to Nigeria on Monday from Cotonou were among those who remained trapped in the rubble last night.
The woman was said to have travelled to Lagos since her husband had not visited the family for some time.
According to an iron bender, Fidelis Anjolo, the woman did not believe her husband’s story that he was being owed as a result of which he could not travel back to see his family.
An artisan, Mathew Ademola, who claimed that seven Beniniose were brought to work on Monday evening, said they were missing.He said a food vendor simply identified as Hauwa remained unaccounted for.
A resident of the area, Remi, said she was searching for her brother Femi. The disturbed woman said his number was not going through.
She said:
“My brother is a bricklayer. He lives in Alagbado (on the outskirts of Lagos) with his wife and children but could not afford to be going home everyday because of the transport cost.
“I don’t know what to do. I have checked the bodies but he is not there. Our sister has also been trying his phone number but it is not reachable. This is pathetic. He has been catering for our needs since the death of our parents. What will be our fate if he dies?”
A carpenter, Mutiu Gani, said he and some of his friends pay security men to sleep in the building at night, adding that four of his friends were trapped.
An interior decorator blamed those handling the estate for underpaying workers, adding that he was owed N317,000.
“I have slept under the sun and in the rain as well as suffered mosquito bites. I sold my power bank to raise transport fare to this site on Monday so that I can get my money, but they have not paid me,” he said.
“So many people, especially workers, slept here because they could not afford transport fares to their residences. When we started the work, we were paid N3,000 daily but later it was changed to N3,500 weekly. Yet, they are still owing,” he said.
A Hausa community leader Babangida Bello, who claimed his seven brothers were in the building gave their names as Umar, Ado, Alu, Muhammed, Jemilu, Sabiu and Saminu.
“One of those rescued, Hassan, who hails from Kaduna State, shouted “Allah Akbar” (God is Great) as soon as he came out.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has revealed that the driver of the late Minister of State for Labour, James Ocholi had no valid driver’s license.
The agency on Wednesday submitted an interim report to the Federal Executive Council on the crash that killed Minister of State for Labour James Ocholi, his wife and son.
FRSC Corps Marshall Boboye Oyeyemi, who presented the report, said the investigation team discovered that over speeding led to the accident which occurred Sunday on the Kaduna-Abuja Road.
Oyeyemi told the Federal Executive Council that the investigation also showed that Ocholi’s driver had no licence.
President Buhari as well as the Ministers of Labour, Agriculture, Water Resources, State for Health, State for Niger Delta, State for Foreign Affairs paid glowing tributes to the late minister.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation Babachir Lawal said the president had approved that the burial “is government affair”.

“A very close ‘married’ friend of mine came around the other day asking me for help. He is into construction and due to the dwindling financial situation in the country he hasn’t sold a house in almost 1 year. There were an assortment of pictures of different ‘bits’ and ‘pieces’ of a woman’s naked body without showing her face.
A bit embarrassed, I handed his phone over to him. Without a hint of shame, he explained to me that that was his separated account manager he has been ‘shagging’ for a while. According to him, she has a son and she is hot!!!! As I write this, my mind’s eye, I still clearly sees the expression of excitement in his eyes as he described every detail of her body (the remaining 20% I missed in the pictures) he even offered to bring her over to Chocolat Royale so I could meet his ‘trophy’. 2 days later, I stepped out of a meeting in the office only to see about 16 missed calls of which 13 were from my friend. I mentally tried to match the pieces I had seen on my guys phone to that of the lady in front of me and then she turned around to greet me with a smile that faded immediately she set her eyes on me! My friend must have told her he had a surprise for her or not even told her at all trying to surprise her because I guarantee that if this woman knew she was coming to meet ‘freeze’ she would never have agreed as she is the wife of one of my schoolmates who resides in Yankee………….
Here I am, staring at my friend’s wife sitting next to my other friend, who I know is an absolute freak. I know he must have dissected her body and used it to its maximum potential. My friend also never uses protection because he is quite ‘endowed’ and finds it uncomfortable. He is married and has a string of girlfriends. His wife may or may not have an affair and his girls are mainly university students he is ‘taking care of’.
Experience has shown me that most university girls dating rich men, usually have one or two ‘school boyfriends’ who cater to their school needs i.e. Club parties, academic issues etc. My fear for my pastor friend is that he now comes home from America once or 2ce a year and dips into a grimy pool of illnesses and issues both physical and spiritual, shared by at least 20 and as many as 50 other people, because as the saying goes, “you have slept with everyone your partner has slept with”. I am still in a serious dilemma right now, do I tell my friend or do I hold my tongue and ‘save their marriage’?
Anyway back to the main issue…….. There are many differences between Kim Kardashian and my pastor friend’s wife. One is Kanye knows his woman, this includes her abilities, shortfalls etc while my pastor friend ‘thinks’ he knows his wife. He is probably worshiping in the church of ‘assumption’ right now, thinking his wife is a good, decent girl.

Federal Road Safety Corps has commenced thorough investigation of the ghastly auto crash which claimed the lives of the Minister of State for Labour, Mr. James Ocholi (SAN), his wife, Blessing and son, Joshua.
The FRSC has specifically interrogated the driver of the SUV on his hospital bed in the National Hospital, Abuja, and security personnel attached to him.
The Assistant Director, Information and Protocol, National Hospital, Abuja, Dr. Tayo Haastrup, stated this in an interview with THE PUNCH on Tuesday night.
According to him, officials of FRSC visited the hospital in connection with the investigation of accident.
“Oh yes, we received the FRSC today (Tuesday) in connection with the accident. They also visited the driver and the security detail, where they questioned them on the cause of the accident,” he emphasized.
The decision was sequel to the demand by family members for an investigation of the driver and the method of his recruitment.
Ocholi’s Uncle, Abdullah Aliu, had suspected a foul play in the accident.
He had said:
“There was a kind of foul play in the whole exercise, which is very worrisome. Apparently, the driver that drove the car was the same person that took the photo of the dead man and sent it all over the Internet, what’s app and social media. So, the question is: how come that the driver of the vehicle in same car was able to get himself and take picture if the dead man?
“The side of the door where the minister was sitting was not properly locked because after the somersaulting of the car, the thing flinched him off and so he had a terrible and fatal damage that his body is beyond recognition. There is foul play in Ocholi’s death.
“While I was in his house, I already know because those who conspired and plotted it became jittery, because I have never been to that house and they don’t know me. But somehow, they already became jittery, scared and worried. This thing they did is political. It is a political war and some people want to score some political point against the system somehow. The death of Ocholi is quite suspicious.”
But speaking with journalists on Tuesday, a childhood friend of Ocholi, Rev. Tor Uja of Mission House International, Markudi, Benue State dismissed such claims, arguing that such allusions “are evil.”
He said:
“I want to dismiss that thought of foul play, investigation and suspicion. These are not Godly thinking. If you accused the driver, the driver was not outside the car before the accident occurred.
“Those stories are wrong, I don’t support the impression that we are going to do investigation. We should stop voodooism in our national life but ensure that ministers get the best attention and our roads are fixed. I believe that this is of the devil. This is to turn attention away from the issue.
“I do not believe in that suspicious theory. I do not support investigation. They should bury Ocholi quietly.
Meanwhile, the Federal Government has offered automatic job and scholarships to the surviving children of the late minister who died in a motor accident, along Kaduna-Abuja Expressway on Sunday.
A quite cruel female tourist has allegedly killed a swan – by dragging it out of a lake for her to take a picture with it.
The woman, said to be from Bulgaria, was photoed grabbing the bird by its wing before she dragged it out of the lake in order to cheese-up for photographs with the distressed bird, Macedonia Online reports..
The tourist was pictured with the swan on the shoreline of Lake Ohrid, south-western Macedonia, posing with it before dumping it heartlessly on the ground.
Once the unidentified woman had her fun, she then left the winged creature to die alone on the beach. They described how the swan did not respond to the woman approaching it, as the birds are used to tourists visiting the lake.
Despite the swan being clearly upset at being manhandled as it struggled against the woman’s grip, she did not let go.Witnesses told Macedonia Online the swan lay “motionless” on the beach after the incident before later dying.
According to the report, Oil workers have shut down the operations of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) nationwide following Tuesday’s unbundling of the corporation.
Members of staff and management of the corporation arrived their various offices on Wednesday morning to discover that they could not gain entrance following the total strike.
The immediate impact of the strike will be nationwide fuel scarcity as products will not be lifted by NUPENG. It is not expected to affect the crude oil export yet except the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) joins in solidarity.
Ibe Kachikwu, minister of state for petroleum resources who doubles as the NNPC group managing director, had announced the creation of seven independent units on Tuesday, namely downstream, gas and power, refineries, ventures, corporate planning and services, and finance and accounts.

At the end of the meeting, GEC sent this message to all members: “The GEC of NUPENG & PENGASSAN at its meeting of 8th March 2016, which started at 10:00pm has extensively discussed the pronouncement of the GMD on NNPC UNBUNDLING.
We observed that the GMD/HMSP totally disregarded due process and failed to engage STAKEHOLDERS. Hence, from midnight today, ALL NNPC LOCATIONS will be SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY until further notice.
Further directives will be communicated accordingly.” When TheCable visited the NNPC headquarters on Wednesday, hundreds of the corporation’s staff littered the road causing gridlock on Herbert Macaulay way.
Unionists in red were at the scene barricading the entrance to the NNPC building. Also, security agents were on hand to forestall break down of order.
A staff member of the NNPC, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told this newspaper that he was at the corporation’s building as of 7:30am on Wednesday but met “it barricaded by members of PENGASSAN.”
TheCable tried to speak with one of the leaders of the union, but he said: “We are not here for journalists. This is not for the press.”
Kachikwu had said the distribution of subsidiary companies of the corporation would further be restructured into direct management of the divisions. Last week, Kachikwu announced that the government was planning to unbundle the corporation into 30 profitable companies.

Fellas and Females, say hello to the loyal penguin who travels 5,000 miles every year to visit the man who saved him from the brink of death.
Retired bricklayer and part-time fisherman Joao Pereira de Souza, 71, found the animal back in 2011 when he washed up on a beach, starving and covered in oil.
Joao, who named the penguin Dindim after discovering him in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, decided to take the creature home and nurse it back to health. Once Dindim was well again, Joao released him back into the wild – and didn’t expect to see the penguin ever again.
But just a few months later, the South American Magellanic penguin returned to the beach and followed Joao home.
According to Globo TV, Dindim spends eight months with Joao and the rest of the year breeding off the coast of Argentina and Chile – 5,000 miles away.
Joao told the Brazilian news channel:
“I love the penguin like he’s my own child and I believe the penguin lovesme.”No one else is allowed to touch him. He pecks them if they do. He lays on my lap, lets me give him showers, allows me to feed him sardines and to pick him up.”He arrives in June and leaves to go home in February, and every year he becomes more affectionate as he appears even happier to see me.”
