Half of P-Sqaure duo, Peter Okoye, had in a series of tweets told his fans not to tune in to the Music station but rather they should watch their counterparts. The reason for the brawl was clearly stated by the music station after they came out to make a statement revealing that the brothers had been ungrateful to them even after 10 years of supporting their career. Well, their elder brother, Jude “Engees” Okoye, who is not only their manager, but also produces most of their music videos, has come out to slam the station stating that they might be able to blackmail other Nigerian music acts, but not P-Square.
Airing his thoughts in a series of tweets, the manager of the duo said:
A promising vet who accused her husband of having an affair hung herself in a hotel room and left a note to the ‘other woman’
Nicole Putney, 32, was once named Vet Student of the Year and was described as a “very talented young lady” but had become extremely depressed following the breakdown of her five-month marriage.
She killed herself after traveling to Manchester to attend a business conference and that she left a suicide note for a woman she believed was having an affair with her scientist husband.
The accomplished animal welfare expert told her dad that she was about to commit suicide. Staff at the Novotel in Worsley, Greater Manchester were alerted by a friend of Ms Putney but were unable to get to her in time.
In his statement, Simon Mueller, a physicist at the International Energy Agency claimed her mental illness caused a strain in their marriage.
My relationship with my wife was harmonious to begin with.She quit her job and moved to Paris to be with me and our goal was to move to London.Nicole moved her things to Paris in late September 2014 but didn’t handle the transition very well.Our relationship deteriorated over a period of time.”
Mr Mueller said his wife had first attempted suicide by taking an overdose at some time in 2014, after he’d left their home to meet a friend.
He said he called an ambulance after he returned home and found his then fiancee with a knife, pills and a note. In another failed attempt just before their wedding, the statement said his wife had tried to hang herself.
“She made another suicide attempt in January 2015, she tried hanging herself and the fixation point collapsed. Despite those events, we decided to follow through with our planned marriage which was on January 9 2015.”
After their wedding Ms Putney began looking for jobs in London and it wasn’t long before she accepted an offer but that led to additional strain in their relationship.
“In the following months, she started looking for jobs in London,She was offered one and we continued to have problems because I decided I would not quit my job in Paris straight away. We visited London on March 7. We had an argument and she told me she was going out to get a drink, then she text me saying she was going to jump in front of a train. “She was found and taken to an emergency care ward where she was hospitalised until 27 April.
Later that month and ten days before her death, Mr Meuller told the inquest that his wife had asked for a divorce.
“I received a very difficult telephone call when she asked me to get a divorce lawyer and get the papers.I didn’t know what to respond to her request. She contacted me several times before her death and we were texting.”
Two Nigeria men have allegedly been apprehended after they were caught producing cocaine in Thailand. 43 year old Joseph Uyamadu, 43, and Emanuel Umiano, 33, were arrested on Monday alongside a Peruvian, Ammando William, during a raid at their rented house in a rubber plantation in Ban Kai district of Rayong province.
The house was reportedly used to hide a large number of chemicals and materials used in producing drugs. After an extensive search on the premises, an amount of cocaine hidden in the flush tank, a bag containing black and sticky substance similar to raw opium, black sheets of substance, choric acid, electric grinder, a microwave oven, kerosene, and two cars were discovered.
Reality TV transgender, Caitlyn Jenner has revealed that she is scared of being forced to serve in a men’s jail over a fatal car crash which claimed the life of a woman earlier this year.

A one month old baby girl was raced to the children’s hospital after her mother accidentally mixed her formula with vodka instead of water. The infant had a blood alcohol level of almost 0.294 – almost four times the 0.08 driving limit – when she was admitted to the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Her mother said the baby had consumed 2 oz of vodka unbeknownst to her.
She said after she gave the infant her bottle on Monday night, her hands and toes became red and her legs started shaking.
The 20-year-old mother, who has not been identified, told police that her 22 year old bf, Brian Smith, was staying with her and had emptied out a bottle of water on the kitchen counter and replaced it with the strong liquor without telling her.
The mother said she and Smith were in their apartment when he asked if the baby had been fed. She said she had used the water bottle she always uses in the kitchen. Smith then became upset and started yelling and said he had dumped out the water and had filled the bottle with vodka, intending to take it with him.
The complaint said he continued to yell at her, threw a bottle at her, pushed her and grabbed her by the neck so hard she was unable to speak.
According to the complaint the young mother filed against Smith, the argument and fight continued out in a hallway and into the parking lot, which is when police arrived.
When police arrived, they found Smith screaming and swearing at a group of about a dozen people gathered around a car. Officers said Smith was holding open the rear door, and a 20-year-old woman was inside the car.
According to the complaint, Jones threatened officers by yelling, “Don’t effing touch me,” and went towards them with clenched fists. After a brief struggle with officers, he was handcuffed.
Documents state that an officer then spoke to the woman in the car, who was crying and sobbing uncontrollably. That was when she then told the officer that Smith had choked her after she had used a water bottle filled with vodka to feed her 1-month-old child, Daviarre. Officers observed that the child’s breathing was labored and an ambulance was called.
Police believe the incident was an accident, and the mother will likely not face any charges.
The baby’s grandfather said it was all a big misunderstanding.
“It was an honest mistake, and then it led up to a bunch of other things, and he didn’t know what to do, and he was scared,” Allen Jones said.
Smith is facing charges of strangulation and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. He could face nearly 10 years in prison if convicted.
The baby was placed in intensive care but is expected to be released from hospital this week.
Apple unveiled the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus yesterday September 9th. The two phones will be available for purchase from September 25th.

For 10 Years, @SoundcityTV has been a huge supporter of #PSquare and the #PSquare brand, right from their 1st music video to the last video released in 2014. Most of their videos got massive airplay on @SoundcityTV than any other music channel.
@SoundcityTV viewers sometimes complain about the dominance of #PSquare videos on the channel & charts. We were a huge supporter and gave everything to their works.
We have assisted the #PSquare brand, toured with them over Africa at our expense. Gave them ad-spots for their events / projects. Gave them prime time slots for their videos and included them in our array of Programmes / programming.
We invited #PSquare to one of our annual events last December 2014 and they insisted we pay a certain amount of money. We reasonably asked, what is the least we can offer?; this was us foregoing the fact that we had invested a lot in #PSquare’s career as music talents / artistes & entertainers.
The feedback was, “WHAT HAS SOUNDCITY EVER DONE FOR PSQUARE? TELL ME ONE THING SOUNDCITY HAS EVER DONE FOR PSQUARE” (Jude Okoye, Manager).
Most importantly, Soundcity is not backing down on their decision to stop playing P-Square music videos. The rest of their statement below:
While we understand that this is business, there is also room for special consideration. Saying our TV brand has never done anything for #PSquare was quite damning. Clearly, there was no need to argue with their decision and reasoning. We decided to stop ‘doing anything’ with/for #PSquare, since our 10years of supporting the group meant nothing to them. We assumed our relationship was a mutually beneficial one, but clearly one-sided.
Ultimately, #PSquare music videos stopped airing on @SoundcityTV since January 01, 2015. Soundcity reserves the right to air music videos on our cable / satellite or terrestrial platforms.
Overall, we wish the duo the best in their endeavours. @SoundcityTV will keep airing works of the best and upcoming Nigerian artistes, and also, the best #African artistes to the world, especially nurturing their talents from inception till they become huge megastars and international superstars.
Azubuike Chibuzo Nelson Popularly known by his Stage name, Phyno was the guest artist on this week’s episode of MTV Base Real Talk.
The singer was interviewed and below are some of the interesting questions he provided answers to.
Answering a question from a fan from Twitter, @paulizo, about whose career made him jealous, he said,
“I see people like PSquare and 2face, the level they are right now and still relevant. That is supposed to be the prayer of every artiste. To get married, have kids and still be relevant to the new generation, that is one thing I pray about, so if you describe it as jealous, yeah”

Four new cases of the Ebola disease have been recorded in Serra Leone.
According to reports, those infected with the disease had direct contact with a woman who died of Ebola last month in a village.
This development not only poses a major setback to all efforts to end the outbreak in Sierra Leone, but also increases the likelihood of recording more infections within Serra Leone and other neighboring countries.
The Head of Sierra Leone’s National Ebola Response Centre, Pallo Conteh, while speaking on the new diagnoses, accused the family members of the deceased of hiding her from health workers when she was ill and resorting to taking care of her themselves.
Even after she died, they carried out their traditional practice of washing the corpse of the woman without the use proper disinfectants.
“Our people are stubborn. Until they stop doing what I call the silly things we will have cases popping up here and there. I am expecting more cases,” Conteh said.
“We are sure that the body was washed … so all those who took part in the washing of the corpse, all those who were helping her when she was having wet symptoms would all become infected.”he said
P-Square in a series on tweet have urged their fans not to watch popular Urban Music Channel, Soundcity.
They claim Soundcity have refused to air their music videos. Though the rift between the two parties are unknown but our sources say PSquare Made a rude comment to Soundcity after they charged the TV Station an undisclosed amount of money for their presence/performance.
Peter announced he has seen complaints from their fans after they noticed Soundcity won’t play their materials.
“Dear fans, we see your complains about the absence of our videos on @SOUNDCITYtv, just to clear the air they refuse to play us,” he said
Speaking on behalf of the music duo, Peter Okoye on Twitter told his fans to tune to other “relible” channels to watch their music videos.
“Pls keep watching us on other reliable channel like Mtvbase, HipTv, Tracetv, Afropop and other terrestrial channels. Thanks for the love,” he tweeted on Thursday.
He told a fan not to waste time watching Soundcity… “Don’t waste ur time dear… They will not play them (their music videos)”. Soundcity is yet to react to Peter’s outburst.

It was a quite tragic evening on Wednesday in the Obele Lawanson Community, Surulere, Lagos, when a family of seven died in a fire disaster.
The victims, who reportedly lived on 23, Michael Ogun Street, died because their co-tenants did not make effort to rescue them when they called out for help around 11.30pm on Tuesday.
Those killed were a textile material dealer, 28-year-old Kelechi Onoja; his wife, 18-year-old Nkiru; their one year and eight months old first child, Favour; their three weeks unnamed second baby boy; two yet-to-be-identified family members; and Nkiru’s 80-year-old mother.
PUNCH Metro gathered that the only survivor was six-year-old Chidinma, a relative, who sustained burns injuries to her face and hands.
Nkiru had just given birth to her baby and her mother had visited for the Omugo rites, a popular Igbo culture of a mother nursing her daughter’s baby.
She was said to be preparing to return on Wednesday with the two unnamed ladies she brought with her, when tragedy struck. The landlord of the house was late, while his immediate son lived in the Ijesha area.
The landlord’s grandson, Abdul Jelili, who lives opposite the apartment, said:
“I was sleeping when I heard a noise and quickly rushed out. I saw smoke coming out of their apartment and quickly got a stick, with which I broke their toilet window.
“Smoke billowed out, but I did not hear any movement in the house and could not tell if anybody was in. All the tenants in the other apartments did not come out, so I had to rush out to call for help.”
Another resident, Ejike Okpara, explained that the neighbours did not help because there was animosity among the five tenants in the house.
He said Nkiru had been accused of not greeting the other tenants, among other issues, which had caused series of fight in the neighbourhood.
He said:
“So, when the fire began, the neighbours from both sides did not come out. When they finally came out, it was to rescue their families.”
But a tenant, Uzor Alajemba, said he had to first rescue his family when he heard someone raise the alarm. Youths and other members of the community eventually mobilised to the scene to combat the inferno.
A man, who claimed to be part of the rescue, Chima Dimkpa, explained that the burglar-proof bars made rescue difficult. It was learnt that the grandma had used a candle light to bathe the baby in the night, and forgot to put it off.
After burning out, the fire ignited the table and engulfed the room. The 80-year-old woman was burnt to death. Kelechi, who had also woken up with other members of the family, reportedly called for help.
He was said to have held tightly to the two sisters, while his wife carried their boy in her hand. They were burnt to death together.
Dimkpa said:
“We could have rescued them but for the bars. Everything was smoking hot and untouchable, including the wall.”
A landlord on Ade Close, whose house shared a fence with the apartment, told PUNCH Metro the fire could have escalated, but for the support of his tenants.
The man said he mobilised his tenants to fight the flames from the roof. A security guard, Desmond Mazeli, explained that officials of the Federal Fire Service arrived at the scene around 2am on Wednesday, adding that the lone survivor was taken out through the window.
Mazeli said no one knew the victim was in the toilet, until she coughed and was quickly rescued by the firefighters. He said:
“I used a neighbour’s car to convey her to a private hospital in our area, while somebody called the Lagos State Emergency Ambulance Service.
“At about 3am, the ambulance arrived, together with policemen from the Area C command. She was taken to the Gbagada General Hospital.”
It was observed as some friends and family members of the deceased, who got the news on Wednesday, broke down in tears. Nkiru’s brother, Michael Awuzie, said they had arranged to see the family on Sunday for the child’s christening.
Awuzie wondered why it was only their apartment that was affected, adding that the police needed to investigate. He said:
“Mama went to the market yesterday in preparation to leave for the village today (Wednesday) with the foodstuffs for the Omugo.
“It was to announce to the villagers that her daughter had given birth and she had brought the foodstuffs as a proof of the good news. And now, they have all died.”
The traditional leader of the Surulere area, Kareem Awoyemi, said he could not believe that the neighbours deserted the victims when they called for help.
Awoyemi said:
“I still don’t understand it. Are people not living in this house?”
It was learnt that the deceased’s charred remains had been handed over to the police, who had deposited them in a morgue.
Wow! Some living creatures we have as human beings here on though! A just 20 year old man, identified as Jeison Orlando Rodriguez Hernandez of Venezuela has reportedly made it into the 2016 Guinness book of World Records.
He had the honour for having the largest feet on a living person. His feet reportedly measures 40.1cm (1ft 3.79in) for his right, and 39.6cm (1ft 3.59in) for his left. Jeison wears a size 26 shoe.
A 25 year old man who attempted to hide under the tyre carriage of a Medview aircraft on a domestic flight was apprehended yesterday at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2) in Lagos.
He was found by the pilot during his final check on the plane before its departure to Accra, Ghana. Airport workers hinted that he succeeded in gaining access into the tyre compartment of the aircraft which was ready for taxing on the Tarmac .
“He hid himself at the tyre compartment in the under carriage of the aircraft” a source hinted that final inspection round the plane by the pilot drew his attention to some strange movements and object inside the tyre compartment.
The man was handed over to the police at the domestic airport where he confessed he has nursed the ambition of carry out the act for two weeks and had been holed up around the airport while perfecting his plan.
The stowaway was said to have confessed that he did what he did out of desperation to leave the country for another in the quest for greener pasture.
When asked how he found his way into the tyre compartment of the aircraft, he declared that he jumped through the fence that demarcated the VIP Lounge section of the airport from the tarmac where the plane was waiting for clearance for takeoff.
He has been handed over to Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for further questioning, The Nation reports.

A Nigerian woman, idetified as Bukola Oduwaiye has showered curses on her estranged husband after he says he wants a divorce. Bukola is said to have been wife to Mr. Fredrick Segun Duyile for over 17 years and the reportedly have 4 kids.
The woman says that those were the worst 17 years of her life and it was filled with mental and emotional torture. She also bemoaned the loss of custody of her four children to her estranged husband.
Ms. Oduwaiye made her case known to the world through a video tape she posted on her Facebook.

“I left him in Nigeria, I came to Europe and I lived here for over six years. When I was leaving Nigeria, I didn’t leave with any of his property. “I studied by day, went to classes by day and at night I will go to Brandom Hotel and worked at the kitchen, worked at the banqueting hall of Brandom Hotel.
This man, everything we both worked for in Nigeria, he sold off everything and was going about from one night club to the other. Because, according to the stories told by his brother’s wife, who told me how in night club, this man will buy a bottle of champagne for N120,000 and keep popping it for them. While I was here in Europe pushing bogies, struggling in the kitchen at Brandom Hotel, going to classes by day, taking three children all about, I never asked him for anything.
“He said he wanted his marriage again and all my life savings, I spent it. I took him to church to go and re-wed him, 10th wedding anniversary and renewal of vows, I spent my last dime on it.
“When he met me (in Europe), he met a car in front of my home. He said my car was due for NCT. We decided to buy a brand new car. I emptied my account together with some money from him, we bought a car. Every day, sometimes when I was going to office Recovery Haven, where I am working, he will take the car key from me and be fighting me over the car and so many other things.
“This man came in (Europe) illegally. I told him I will arrange a visiting visa for him. I started sending him letters of invitation and he started getting visas. The next thing, this man wanted residence, he started inviting social workers to my kitchen. Taking my children to social workers office that there was a scratch on my daughter’s face, which was by accident with my nail and all sort of lies against me, in a country where I have been the sole carer and sole provider for my children several years before he came.
“I have never been a negligent mother. My kids have never been abused. There has never been a case of abuse or negligence against me. Then, the next thing, he got his residence. On November 4 or 5, 2011. On November 8, 2011, I was going to the office, Recovery Haven, where I was working then. I was leaving for the office when he walked out on me. On the 11th (November, 2011), he tried to come in again, because when he walked out, his lawyers sent a letter that he wanted full custody and barring order against me.
“So, when he came back, I didn’t allow him in. I said, I have seen a letter from your lawyers that you wanted full custody of the children and a barring order against me and there is no reason why you should come back to this house. He was trying to manhandle me in the presence of my children. The kids were all crying. The police intervened and told him to leave.
“Now, this man went to court in Nigeria, all the violence and abuse against me he turned them against me saying saying I am the abuser and the violent one. He said on November 8, 2011, I attacked him, I threw him out, I attacked him bla, bla, bla.
“For goodness sake, this is a man that had his residence two days before. Even the residence, he stole my marriage certificate, my birth certificate, he stole all my documents to go and apply for his residence. He got it, I handed it over to him. He walked out two days after getting the residence. Now, he is saying that I threw him out, I attacked him (reading through the court papers in her hand). He also said I have the habit of leaving the matrimonial home sometimes for days without notice, without anyone knowing my whereabouts. For goodness sake, when did this ever happen? When he was here, I was doing a professional course in Dublin (Ireland) in Psychotherapy. So many people are aware. On Facebook, I have so many colleagues.
“This is the same man that will drop me at the train station while I go to my workshop in Dublin and when I returned, he picked me up from the train station. This is the same man going to court to lie that I will sometimes leave the home without anyone knowing my whereabouts. I don’t know. Is this man sick? I don’t understand how a pathological liar will just go to a court. This is the same man that will swear under oath in court over all these lies. He has his lawyers too to swear an affidavit on his behalf over all these lies.
“My issue with him is very obvious now. My issue with him is not even about the divorce proceedings and all that. There is also a case of adultery (he leveled against her in the court papers). This is the same man that from day one of our marriage, he had been cheating on me. I didn’t even have the gut to ever question him because if I did, I will get the beating of my life. He broke my arms on several occasions. He has beaten me to a point of unconsciousness, beating to the point that I lost my second pregnancy before I took in again and had my second son. Infidelity has been a normal thing with him. So, who is he now to charge me to court over infidelity when he has been doing it from day one.
“That is not even my issue. The divorce too is my issue because I have begged him long before now to leave because he is of no use to my life. The issue I have with him is all these lies against me, bringing my name to disrepute, denting my image. In the 17 years of the marriage, he has destroyed my career, destroyed my health, done all sorts of…I cannot begin to mention all the damages done against me. This is 17 years. Not ordinary 17 years, but 17 years of mental and emotional torture. 17 years of pain, 17 years that I cannot even mention all that I have gone through in his hands, including putting our children through all these emotional and mental torture.
“This is a man that when he came to me in this country, I asked him what he wanted. We could have simply sorted all these things out then, without making the children pass through all these pains. But since he chose to go through all these, there is nothing I can do. As usual, when he wanted the full custody and barring order, I refused to go to court. I told him, he could have whatever he wanted, I do not owe him anything, he is the one owing me a lot. For all the damages and everything that we both worked for that I left him everything.
So, I am not going to court just as I did not go when he wanted the full custody and barring order against me. This one too, I will not honour him because he doesn’t even deserve the honour of my presence. If he is standing in the front of a judge and I am standing there with him, it’s like I am honouring him. He doesn’t deserve that honour from me. So, I wouldn’t be there (at the court).
“This is the same Bible (taking a Bible from the table beside her) that we used when we got married in Nigeria 17 years ago. This is the same Bible that I will use to curse him. Curse him for the pains of 17 years and for the destruction he has brought on me, on my career, for all the pains he put my children through, for barring me to play my role in the lives of my children, nurturing them to be the kind of men that will bring out the best in a woman and not a destroyer. For preventing me from all these roles, I will curse him. Even for his family. The Duyile family. They attacked me in the hospital when I had my second son in Nigeria. I almost lost my life. This same former husband, son of a … This is the same man that when he was taken to Iran, I almost lost my life trying to save his ass out of the jail in Iran. I know what I went through. For everything I have put myself through in the name of love, in the name of marriage, for the love of my children and for getting all these back. If all I deserve are all these pains, the denting of my image, ruining my career, ruining every good thing that should be in my life, he deserves a curse, together with members of his family. I will use this same Bible that I used to marry him 17 years ago to curse him (reading from the Bible).
“My heart is indicting of a good matter.” I speak of the things which I have made talking the king. My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.” And, therefore, I say Segun Duyile and all your liar lawyers that are helping you, aiding you in lies and swearing under oath, even with all the affidavits that they have sworn to and all those who have aided you in one way or the other in bringing me this kind of ordeal, in wasting 17 years of my life. Not ordinary 17 years, 17 years of pain, of torture, of hard work, trying to ruin my children to become motherless children. All of you I say it, let a wicked man stand over you and satan stand at your right hand. You shall be condemned and your prayers shall become sins.
“Your days shall be few and others shall overtake your place. Your children shall become orphans and your wives shall become widows. Those of you that are women, your husbands shall become widowers as your children become orphans. And I say your children shall become vagabonds. The exhortimer shall catch all that you have and strangers shall spoil your labour. None shall extend mercy on to you and neither shall there be any favour to your children as they become orphans. Your prosperity shall be cut and the generation following you.

In response to her statement, her husband said she is mentally ill and everything she said was a lie.
An 84-year-old Russian actor famous for more than 140 roles in Soviet and Russian films has announced he plans to start a family with his new wife who is 60 years his junior.
Legendary Russian actor, Ivan Krasko married his 24 year old fiancée, Natalia Shevel, a former student of his, in a secret ceremony attended only by close friends and family yesterday in St Petersburg.
Despite criticism from many, the pair described their relationship in an interview with Russian media as a ‘match made in heaven’.
They met while the father-of-six was teaching at university and Ms Shevel, one of his students, began writing him poetry which he said had made a ‘huge impression’ on him.
The actor, who has been married three times before, said:
‘As a result of her words, I started to feel like a man in a way that I thought had long since vanished. But it was like being rebooted, and something which was missing returned.’
In the interview shortly before the ceremony the pair said they feel they cannot spend a single day apart and are living together in the actor’s apartment in central Moscow.
Mr Krasko, who will turn 85 in two weeks, added that the relationship prior to their marriage remained platonic, but he now hopes they will have a family together as they ‘both wanted children’.
The grandfather-of-three said:
‘Naturally she has some worries about the future, but for me this is an exciting new time in my life.’
He said he had not yet met her family, although she had been introduced to his sons.Mr Krasko added one of the first things his sons asked him was who was going to get the family’s country estate, but he had assured them that nothing in his will would be changed.
When a journalist implied the marriage was simply a publicity stunt by the young woman to shortcut the usual career ladder by linking herself with a famous fiance, Mr Krasko rejected the idea.
He said that it was a fact that she was currently unemployed but added he would not be attempting to boost her career saying:
An actor is always best off when they work on their name and by creating their brand on their own.’
The couple said they wanted a quiet wedding with and only invited close relatives and friends.
The Federal Government has once again called on Nigerians to be very vigilant, cautious and alert when using ATM machines at night as armed robbers now lay ambush at ATM machine points, pretending to be ATM users and in the process rob unsuspecting victims.
This warning is contained in a statement released by Mrs. O.K Abegunde on behalf of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information.
The statement read:
“The attention of the Federal Government has been drawn to the operation of armed robbers who attack members of the public while using the Automated Teller Machines (ATM) at night. The general public is advised to be vigilant and alert while using the ATM and should use machines that are located in well lit premises with adequate security around . Furthermore, the Federal Government advices all banks to ensure that ATM’s are situated in properly lit premises and should ensure that they engage night guards to enhance the safety of their customers.”
Actor/Comedian, Kevin Hart has finally set a date to wed his Fiancée, Eniko Parrish after dating her for five years and being engaged for a year. The couple are reported to tie the knot on August 8, 2016. Almost one year from now.

Apparently, No fewer than seven people sustained injuries after a popular hotel, the Mekaval hotel situated in Effurun-Warri in Delta state collapsed at about 2am yesterday, September 9th.
The injured were mostly indigenes of neighboring state who had come to the state in search of a miracle at the Christ Mercy Land Church, headed by one Pastor Jeremiah Fufeyin, popularly referred to as ‘Ijaw TB Joshua’.
Delta state deputy Governor Kingsley Otuaro, who visited the scene of the incident attributed the cause of the collapse to structural defect.
“The state government has ordered that the hotel be closed immediately to avert further loss of lives. We are going to send engineers straight away. It is very possible that there have been some structural defect ab initio during construction works because that place seems to be a waterlogged area and maybe the proper engineering works were not done.” he said
One of the victims of the incident, Adeza who is an ADC to one of the northern state First Lady, said she was in the state to seek for spiritual help for her many family troubles
“I am a Muslim, but I came here to see the man of God. Only recently I lost my elder brother who was in the Army and so many things had been happening in my family. So I came here for prayers.”she told The Nation
