A recent female graduate from a Nigerian university has shared the tactic she had to employ to avoid being sexually harassed by a lecturer.

The beautiful young lady who took to social media to celebrate her graduation from the university said she had to wear a wedding ring while in school, pretending to be married to avoid the lecturer’s sexual advances.

Sharing a video of herself dancing after her final exam, she revealed she was rejoicing primarily because she succeeded in completing school without giving out her body to a lecturer.

The recent graduate asked her followers in her caption, “Lecturer frustrate you to the point where you have to lie that you are married?”

In other news, a Nigerian woman has caused a stir after she revealed that when she was going to marry her husband, she knew she was not the kind of lady he wanted.

In a video she shared via her TikTok page, the lady revealed that she didn’t meet her husband’s physical standards for the type of woman he wanted to be with, but he married her regardless.

She said his ideal woman was a chubby and exquisite-looking woman, all of which she lacked at the time.

She claims he chose her because of her unique qualities that set her apart from other women.

According to her, some of the qualities were that she was godly, knew about his business, came from a good family, and never asked him for money till they got married.

The husband, who was also in the video with the woman, attested that his wife was indeed not his type and highlighted more of the things that made him marry her.

A woman who has been married for 49 years has caused a stir after she revealed she has been saving up for her “exit” since she got married in case the marriage fails.

According to the woman, who has been married for over four decades, she has been putting aside the money that she tagged as an “exit fund” without her husband’s knowledge.

She stated that the total amount has now reached £315,000.

She said her mother had given her the advice before she got married, and seeing the alarming increase in divorce rates, she decided to heed the advice.

“When I got married my mother told me to save for an exit fund should the marriage fail; I have now been married 49 years. The ‘exit’ fund now stands at 315K. My husband has no idea,” she wrote on Twitter.

Her tweet has, however, sparked varying reactions from social media users who shared their thoughts on the idea.

A 23-year-old man has sparked mixed reactions as he performs traditional marriage rites with his young fiancée.

The elated young man took to social media to reveal that he recently visited his girlfriend’s family to pay her bride price and expressed how proud he was to have done so. 

Following the introduction, the family all stood outside to take a group photograph, while another scene captured the young man and his fiancée together.

“Congratulations to me and my wife. Introduction done,” he captioned.

A Nigerian man has asked his church to refund all the money he has paid as tithe over the years because he is no longer interested in the heavenly race.

In an online video, the man, a member of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, explained that for years, his pastor used Matthew chapter 6 VS 19 to convince him to invest in God’s kingdom.

The verse reads: “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

“But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.

“For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

The young man claimed he was brainwashed by his pastor and invested heavily in the church, but his eyes are now open.

He stated that the Nigerian government and banks have failed him in the midst of the country’s current hardship, and he wants his church tithe returned.

The man, who stated that he has been a member of the church since 2013, then produced his tithe booklet as proof of the tithe he has paid for years. He said he will forego his offering and other donations because there is no proof.

The frustrated man went on to say that he does not want to starve to death on Earth and that he must pay his workers as well, so the church should refund his tithes.

A Nigerian mother has cried out online after her 2-year-old daughter’s hair was reportedly scraped with incisions at her school in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.

According to the mother, she had dropped off her daughter at school earlier that day, but when she returned to pick her up at 4 p.m., she noticed that some of her hair had been scraped.

She also claimed that when she examined the shaved portion of her toddler’s hair, she saw fresh incisions.

She said when she went to the school to demand to know what happened to her daughter’s hair and how the incision came about, the school claimed the CCTV that would have helped unravel the mystery didn’t work on the day of the incident.

“My 2 yrs old daughter is attending Sunshine group of school, particularly their branch in Ire- akari area … I took my child to school yesterday morning and nothing happened to her then I went to church, I went to the school to pick her up by 4:40pm and I realized someone has scrapped my baby’s hair at the back and incision 2 lines at the spot pls help me they are telling me that their cctv didn’t work yesterday meanwhile it worked every other days but they couldn’t provide yesterday’s footage when we checked it together. plssssss ▲▲▲ pls help me. the school authorities are not doing anything about finding the person that did it”, She narrated.
