Yes, Nicki called Meek Mill her ‘Baby Father’ on saturday in Pittsburgh, but sources close to the singer sayshe uses the phrase ‘Baby Father’ a lot, and that she has used the term at least twice on this tour, but it’s not the same as “father of my child.”

It’s no longer news that some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars such as 2face, Patoranking, Cynthia Morgan, Runtown, Oritse Femi, Sound Sultan, Black Magic were live in Sapele on August, 8th 2015 for Star Music Trek #SapeleRocks.
One of the major highlights of the concert was when a lady fan beat the venue security and ran onstage while 2face was performing.
The unidentified lady grabbed the pop icon from behind, pulled him close, stripped off her top and attempted to take 2face’s clothes off.
Annie Idibia who was present to cheer her husband’s performance looked dazed at the occurrence.
Everyone including the security had thought it was one of creative director Efe Omorogbe’s skits but apparently it wasn’t.
It took a while before the security could pull her away from the Star Music Trek stage.

Man United to sign two more players
Manchester United have agreed deals to make two more signings and take their summer spending past the £120m.
Barcelona forward Pedro and Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia are both expected to be confirmed as United players before the end of the week.
Spanish newspaper claims that Pedro will be unveiled on Wednesday in a £24.7m deal. And United are closing in on a £17.5m deal for Biglia with reports claiming that the Argentine has already agreed a four-year contract to move to Old Trafford.
Chelsea to submit new bid for Stone
According to English media, Chelsea are set to improved their offer for Everton, john Stone. Mourinho is set to launch a bid of £30 million for the high rated centre back.
The Premier League champions have been relatively quiet in the transfer market so far this summer. Now it appears that the Special One is trying his best to land John Stones.
Stones has been strongly linked with a move to both Chelsea and Manchester United this summer, but Everton have reportedly rejected offers worth £20 million and £26 million for the 21-year-old. The club insist the defender isn’t for sale.

Davido’s Album Release Rescheduled For September 2015
We earlier reported that Davido’s much-anticipated album ‘Baddest‘ release date has been postponed once again, but we didn’t provide any reason why or didn’t include the new date for the release as no official statement were made by Davido’s team as at the time of filing the previous report.
Right now, according to a release by his management the album is set to drop by September.
The official release date for the much-anticipated album from the renowned award-winning afro-beats superstar Davido; will now be in September 2015.
We are aware that many may have been expecting the album at an earlier date, though we were set to release the album this month, the date has been moved. We are currently placing the finishing touches on the album and we have some exciting news coming up that will greatly benefit the album project.
Davido fans have been so loyal and consistent throughout Davido’s career that he sincerely wants to deliver the best body of work so as to express his gratitude. We have been working non-stop to deliver an album of world-class standards; for this reason it is paramount to release a well-executed album, to the best of our ability.

One Stabbed As Nigerian Prostitutes Election Turns Bloody In Lagos
The 2015 election of National Association of Nigerian Prostitutes, NANP, has been marred with violence. DAILY POST gathered that violence broke out Sunday after former secretary of the association, Jessica Elvis was declared winner of the keenly contested election, which took place at a popular hangout, along Lasu-Iba road on Saturday.
It was gathered that Elvis polled 300 votes to defeat the incumbent, Madam Felix Efoyo, who garnered 153 votes as well as Nasarawa State Coordinator, Tamar Tion who got 63 votes.
However, the incumbent rejected the outcome of the election, claiming that the election was marred with irregularities.
Shortly after the 2015 electoral committee chairman, Franca ‘Top Up’ Chikam announced Elvis as the winner, the incumbent, Madam Efoyo revolted and ordered for a fresh election on the ground that she was rigged out.
In the cause of the argument, fight broke out and one person believed to be loyal to Efoyo broke a bottle and stabbed one of their members.
Mother Commits Suicide After Shunned By Daughter In Lagos.
A female Lagos resident has been said to have committed suicide by jumping into a well in the Idimu Local Government Area of Lagos State, after she was shunned by her daughter.
55-year-old mother of five, Amoke Adeko, jumped into a well in front of her residence at Ajilekege Street, Pipeline bus stop, Idimu, Lagos State. She was recovered dead at about 11pm by officials of the Lagos State Fire Service.
It was learnt that she had been traumatised after her husband died eight months ago. Her grandson was said to be marking his birthday in the Igando area on the fateful day.
A resident spoke with PUNCH MEtro, stating that Adeko’s daughter, Amirat, the mother of the birthday boy, had brought a package of food prepared during the ceremony for her mother. It was said that Amirat, however, refused to give the woman the package in person, but sent someone else to take the food to her.
It was learnt that Adeko took the action as being shunned by her daughter and decided to end her life.
The resident, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said:

“The woman had not been herself since her husband died. Amirat brought the food for her that afternoon, but she avoided her and sent it through someone elese.
“I don’t know why she did that, but the mother felt embarrassed because she saw her daughter from afar. It was around 5pm. About two hours later, she jumped into the well.”
It was also learnt that a neighbour, who heard a sudden thud, rushed to the well and saw Adeko’s slippers beside it. He was said to have raised the alarm after he went to her room and looked round the compound but did not find her.
Adeko’s first son, Ahmed, said he was not aware that Amirat shunned their mother, adding that she usually visited him and his siblings.
He said:
“She used to come to my place; spend some weeks and visit my sister too. This is her husband’s house and we can’t say she should leave. Before the incident happened, she had been with my sister for some weeks. We took her to her church and after some prayers, we decided that she should go back home. That we don’t come here always does not mean we abandoned her. My dad died eight months ago; we did not abandon her.
“I don’t know what led to the incident but she was not traumatised. That day, my sister was marking her son’s birthday and I sent her to bring food for mum. She brought the food around 2pm. It was around 5.30pm that a resident called to inform me about the incident. She (Amirat) is not around now but she did not tell me that she gave the food to somebody else to deliver to her. What she told me was that she met her upstairs.”
A friend of the deceased, Grace Agboyin, while lamenting her death, said she was the one that used to look after her.
Agboyin, who spoke in Yoruba, said,
“We were very close. Since the trauma became serious, I always went to her shop to chat with her. I ensured that she ate and used her drugs regularly. She had grown lean since her husband died because his death really touched her. She used to visit her children.
“I was in my shop when I heard people shouting that Iya Ahmed (Adeko) had jumped into the well. I was very surprised.”

‘For the first time in my life, I almost became a beggar’ – Pastor Adeboye
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (RCCG), and Pastor Enoch Adeboye has appealed to his friends, children and supporters to support him in the completion of the 3.3km Arena of the church in Simawa, Ogun State.
The arena which was earlier billed to be used for the just concluded convention is yet to be completed due to lack of enough funds.
“The new arena is yet to be completed because there is no money. I believe that all the people who promised big money will show up one day.
“For the first time in my life, I almost became a beggar. I have never asked for offering online. I don’t know how to do fine barer, it is just circumstances beyond my control,” Adeboye explained.

He appealed for more support for the project stressing that God will keep multiplying the needs of his children and they will become his divine treasurer.
The general overseer was optimistic that the new arena will be available for use by December, noting that “God provides for the work”.

The programme tagged All Sufficient God attracters worshippers from 188 countries featured bible teachings, business seminar, prophetic ministration, melody hour, prayer, and ordinations of new deacons, assistant pastors, full pastors and graduation ceremony of Bible school students.
The large crowd of worshipers included the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, Benue State governor, Deacon Sam Ortom and his wife, Ondo State Governor, Olusegun Mimiko, the Speaker of Ekiti House of Assembly, Pastor Kola Oluwawole and traditional rulers.

According to Adeboye, God is more than sufficient for material, emotional and promotional needs, and is able to save until the uttermost.

Former Lagos Gov., Babatunde Fashola Spent N78.3 Million On His Personal Website
This is the question many are asking, as the topic has been trending on several online news sites, and on social media for the past few hours.
Premium Times reports that former Lagos State governor, Babatunde Fashola, approved the sum of N78.3 million (approximately $400,000) from the state’s treasury for the upgrade of his personal website.
The report further states that the news was revealed on the state public procurement office’s website, and was first exposed by noted budget analytic firm, BudgiT. The contract for the upgrade of the website was reportedly awarded in 2014.
According to Sahara Reporters, the contract was awarded to a company named Info Access Plus Limited, and ‘a Google search did not turn anything out about the company.’

According to information technology experts, www.tundefashola.com, created by the firm for the former governor, is a WordPress website and an upgrade could not have cost more than N300, 000.
Other questionable expenditures incurred by the administration include N1.2 billion vaguely spent on the “construction of pedestrian bridges along Oti-Osa Lekki-Epe Expressway”. The spending did not specify the number of bridges.
In the same year, the government also awarded contract for the provision of wall signage in three magistrate courts at the cost of N17 million.
The Fashola administration further spent N3.46 billion for the construction of a beach resort in Ilase and N61 million for a Range Rover SUV and 2 Toyota Hilux trucks as the official vehicle of the Chief Judge of the State.
The document shows that the administration also spent N85 million for the repair and replacement of street signs.
Other curious expenses contained in the document include N330 million spent for the development of the residence of Mr. Fashola’s deputy, Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, and N94 million spent on “printer consumables”.

Davido Postpones Album Release Date Once AGAIN!
Davido’s Sophomore Album Has once again been postponed.
Come Monday August 10, 2015 the much anticipated sophomore album from HKN boss Davido will not be released. Apparently, the release date has been postponed once again.
The much anticipated album which was earlier scheduled to be released on June 8, 2015 but was postponed till tomorrow, August 10, 2015 has once again been moved.

The reasons for the postponement has not been made known yet and a new release date has not been announced either.
Davido is currently making his way back to Nigeria after spending 3 weeks in Atlanta where the album is being mixed and mastered.

Nick Gordon Responds To Accusations By Bobbi Kristina Family
We posted earlier that the family of Bobbi Kristina has dragged Nick Gordon to court for giving their late daughter a toxic substance.
Nicki has responded to the claims through his defense lawyer, Jose Baez.

Comedian Akpororo Proposes to Girlfriend During Church Service
Talented Nigerian comedian, Akpororo recently proposed to his lover during the first Sunday of the month service.

“The life changing anointing service did not come to an end without entertainment infused in between as some of house of the finest comedians trilled the congregation with unending laffta! The comedians at the service include, Shortfamily, Laffdoctor, Wiseone and Ovie (The generous).

The whole church thought it was a joke, still, Akpororo was no where around.At that point, the Bishop in-charge of Ultimate Power Ministry, Bishop Isreal Mathew, walked up and said, “one of my sons is asking someone here this question”.
Just then, AKPORORO walked up to the altar and knelt down in front of Jossy or Josephine (the only light skinned lady among the Explicit Dance Crew) and popped the one million dollar question, “Will you marry me”? with tears and smile of joy, Josephine said, “YES!”
