Ace Nigerian singer, Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid, has revealed that he has not changed his phone number for the past eight years.

He made this disclosure in a recent interview with Apple Music, where he said he has been using the same phone line since he dropped one of his hit songs, Ojuelegba.

The interviewer was stunned by this revelation and said if she were in his shoes, she would have changed her phone number multiple times.

Out of curiosity, the interviewer then asked the Grammy award winner if he restricts people from contacting him by blocking their phone number.

In response, the 32-year-old singer laughed and said he has blocked a lot of people over the years.

Earlier today, Popular Nigerian Singer, Dammy Krane, called out DMW Boss, Davido over an unpaid debt from years ago.

According to Dammy Krane who came with receipts, he’s been owed royalties based on a split sheet on a song he co-wrote with Davido.

The particular song titled ‘Pere’ was released in 2017 and although Davido featured American Rappers, Rae Sremmurd and Young Thug, did not have the usual success that is usually common with Davido’s hit songs.

However, 5 years after the song dropped, Dammy Krane woke up on Monday and chose to drag his rich friends who owe him money.

The ever-jovial Davido in his response, shared a photo of himself biting wads of hard currency and he accompanied the photo with a laughing emoji.

In other news, Davido has been very vocal in the days leading up to his Uncle’s inauguration as Osun state Governor.

On Monday, he described Governor Gboyega Oyetola as a ‘bad human being’.

Davido said this while reacting to reports that his uncle, who won the Osun State governorship election, admitted that there was over-voting in his response to the petition against his victory at the July 16 governorship poll pending before Election Petition Tribunal.

Moment residents attempted to rescue man swept away by flood in Abule-Egba, Lagos (Video)

A yet-to-be-identified man has been reportedly swept away by flood in the Abule-Egba area of Lagos State.

It was gathered that the incident happened on Monday morning, September 19, 2022, after the downpour.

Witnesses said the man got trapped in a hole covered with water and all efforts to pull him out proved abortive.

A video of locals trying to pull him out of the water while dragging his hand in an attempt to save him has been shared online.

“This happened at Abule Egba junction at exactly 9:30 this morning. The flood must have been sweeping him from a different location because it was just his hand that we saw inside gutter.

He was waving for help and we tried to pull him out but we couldn’t I think debris hacked him down and it was slippery and the force of the water was just too much.” A witness said.

A single mother of one has admitted to making love with her own son because she was missing her ex-boyfriends.

Speaking in an interview on Ghana’s VIBES IN 5, the single mum narrated how her son had offered that she use him to satisfy her sexual urges after hearing her repeatedly complain about missing her ex-boyfriends.

She said that she frequently wrote on her WhatsApp status about wanting to go back to her old boyfriends, and when her son noticed this, he evidently didn’t want her to go, so he offered to sate her urge.

She claimed she eventually gave in to the desire by going down with her son once, but it was a one-time thing as she vowed never to do it again even though he proposed to be available if she ever needed him.

“The said Mr James has being dashing the minor money without telling her his reason until recently he started demanding sex from the teenage girl who turned down his request.

“Mr James demanded that she refund him 17,500 naira the total money he has dashed her but the teenager said it was dash and non refundable which prompted Mr James to effect her arrest.

“After listening to both parties,the DPO of the station asked the 17 year old girl to go with her parents and warned Mr James seriously to stop harassing the girl based on her age.

“Evidence Agwor Esq and Prince Wiro Rivers State Legal Adviser and National Coordinator respectively of Centre for Basic Rights Protection and Accountability Campaign were in the station for the matter.

“The Centre was demanding the detention and subsequent arraignment of the man for enticing and luring a minor but her family was of different view.

“The law is clear,an underage boy or girl( below 18 years) does not have right of giving consent in a sexual relationship.”

A video from the scene of the fatal car accident that killed a woman while allegedly chasing her husband after she spotted him with another woman has been shared online.

It was earlier reported that an unidentified woman reportedly lost her life in a car crash in Calabar, Cross River State while allegedly chasing her husband, whom she saw with another lady at a shopping mall.

It was said that the deceased, a mother of three, sighted her husband leaving a shopping mall in the company of a lady and she tried to block his car with the Toyota Highlander she was driving in.

Her husband reportedly managed to get his vehicle out of the attempted blockade and took the Murtala Muhammed highway, with his wife in hot pursuit.

In a bid to outrun her husband, she lost control of the speeding vehicle, veered off the road and slammed the car on a tree, killing herself.

Big Brother Naija star and actor, Pere Egbi, has seemingly reacted after a lady accused him of breaking her sister’s heart six years ago.

A Twitter user, identified as Linda Smith, had taken to the micro-blogging platform to allege that the reality TV star was in a romantic relationship with her sister, but he reportedly dumped her following a disagreement.

According to Linda, her sister and Pere both had issues that could have been settled, but Pere chose to cut ties with her.

She begged Pere to make contact with the said sister so she could have closure on what had happened between them.

A young man identified as Opeyemi Olufemi was apprehended by the police for stealing from the offering box of a church to the tune of N620K.

A video that was shared on social media shows the moment the young man was subdued after robbing a church of its offerings.

The young man is reported to have had accessed and robbed a church whose name and location remain unknown at the time of this publication.

Opeyemi was nabbed with a bag where he’d stashed money of all dominations amounting to a total of N620,115.

A Ghanaian lady, identified as @jhudykhay on TikTok, has shared her experience with a Caucasian man she went on a date with in the UK.

The young lady, who dressed up in a nice outfit to hang out with the ‘oyinbo’ man at a restaurant, was shocked to her bones when he brought out a pen and calculator to calculate her share of the bill.

According to her, it was surprising because the total bill was not upto £60 but he still decided to go Dutch instead of covering the bill as she expected.

In the now-viral clip she posted on TikTok, the lady showed the moment the man was using a calculator and pen to calculate their respective share of the bill.

She further revealed that she has not blocked the man on social media yet, but she finds it funny and surprising.

A Kano-based Chinese man, Geng Quangrong, has confessed to stabbing his Nigerian girlfriend to death in the state.

The suspect, who was arrested after he attacked and killed his 23-year-old lover, Ummakulsum Sani Buhari, in her parents’ house at Janbulo quarters, Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano State, on Friday night, September 16, said he did it because she betrayed him.

According to the state Police Public Relations Officer, Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, the suspect, aged 47, committed the crime after scaling the fence of the deceased residence to gain access, where he stabbed her multiple times until she gave up the ghost.

The Chinese man alleged that the deceased, Ummu had promised to marry him, but later reneged on that promise after he had spent so much on her.

The suspect further stated that he was enraged by her betrayal and decided to attack and kill the deceased at her residence.

Deng has since been transferred to the state headquarters at Bompai for further investigation and prosecution.

Meanwhile, late Ummu has been laid to rest on Saturday morning in Kano according to Islamic rite.

In other news, an unidentified woman reportedly lost her life in car crash in Calabar, Cross River State while allegedly chasing her husband who she saw with another lady at a shopping mall.

A Twitter user has called out reality TV star and actor, Pere Egbi, for serving her sister premium ‘breakfast’ six years ago.

The lady, identified as @lindasmithedge on Twitter, attacked the Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eye’ star after he prayed for the broken-hearted on Sunday, September 18.

“May God heal the broken-hearted. Amen. It’s Sunday”, Pere had tweeted.

Infuriated by the tweet, the Twitter user lambasted Pere, and prayed for God to punish him and his manhood for shattering her sister’s heart six years ago.

According to the Twitter user, Pere and her sister were in an amorous relationship but they broke up over a misunderstanding, and since then, her sister has been traumatized and ‘dickmatized’ because of him.

She went on to leak an old video of the reality show star flaunting his private member inside his trouser to corroborate her claim that Pere dated her sister.

@lindasmithedge tweeted,

Controversial Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has got people gushing after a video of him embracing his first wife, May, and showering her with praise in public was shared online.

The actor’s first wife, May Yul-Edochie, clocked a new age on Friday, September 16, and she held her birthday celebration over the weekend.

A highlight of the event that has stirred sweet reactions from online in-laws was the moment Yul joined May on stage.

During the event, Yul mounted the stage and placed his arm over his wife’s shoulder while telling the audience that the day was about her.

As Yul spoke about his wife, someone from the audience shouted, “What God has joined together...”

“No man can put asunder,” Yul added.

He’s then seen with his arm around his wife, May’s, waist before holding her hands as they walked off the stage.

Meanwhile, Yul Edochie, has refuted reports that he and his first wife, May, are estranged.

This comes after a popular blog referred to Yul’s first wife, May, as his estranged wife.

It would be recalled that after Yul announced his second marriage to his colleague, Judy Austin, in April, there had been speculation that he and his first wife were not on good terms, especially after he unfollowed her on Instagram.

While May turned a new age yesterday and her husband, Yul, celebrated her on social media, a popular blog described May as the actor’s estranged wife.

This tag didn’t sit well with Yul, and he immediately addressed it. He maintained that he and his wife, May, are in no way estranged as they still live together in their house in Ajah.
