Content creator, Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, popularly known as Kiekie, has reacted after she was accused of mocking actress Funke Akindele over her failed marriage.
The news of Funke Akindele’s split from husband, JJC Skillz, rocked the internet on Thursday morning after the rapper announced the end of their marriage on his official Instagram page.

This announcement triggered a lot of reactions from both fans and followers, who have continued to air their opinions about what might have gone wrong in the home of their one-time favorite couple.

Amid this, content creator, Kiekie, shared a hilarious video about ‘breakup’. Kiekie, who was displaying funny dance moves in the clip, shared it with the caption, “How you dance when they serve the person that served breakfast breakfast.”
Although there was clearly no connection between the video and the Bello’s marriage crisis, a number of social media users flocked to the comment to accuse Kiekie of throwing shade and mocking Funke Akindele.

An Instagram follower wrote, “Kie Kie I hope no be funke you dey shade”.
Interestingly, one of the comments caught Kiekie’s attention, and she reacted. She tagged those linking the post to Funke Akindele as shallow-minded.

Lunch is coming.
Dinner will be sumptuous.
Eventually, all masquerades will finally be unmasked and served their own breakfast, lunch and dinner too, at great cost to them, blogger or not,” he wrote.

Nigerian comedian and actor, Bovi Ugboma has shared the interesting exchange he had with a scammer who posed as his former schoolmate.
The actor took to his Instastory to share screenshots of their conversation which he said was suspicious from the get go.
In the chat, the scammer who sent a message with his schoolmate’s IG account, asked for urgent 30k to sort the medical bills of her ailing son.
In response, the actor told the person to send him a message on WhatsApp to prove that it’s indeed his old schoolmate but the person claimed his/her WhatsApp account had issues.

Bovi then sent a fake credit alert to the scammer as proof of the transfer. However, the scammer who didn’t get the payment because it was obviously fake, got angry and tackled the actor for tricking him.
Things went downhill from there and they threw insults at each other, then Bovi revealed that he has reported the scammer’s bank account and he would be arrested if he makes any attempt to go to the bank.
The 42-year-old comic actor then disclosed that his old schoolmate’s IG account was hacked by the scammer who had been using it to defraud unsuspecting people.

Popular Nigerian child comedian, kiriku comes up with a new comedy video he tagged, “The Visa Application”.
A mom has revealed how heartbroken and distraught she was after her beloved 12-year-old daughter came out as non-binary.
The mom who spoke anonymously with Daily Mail to protect their identity, gave an honest account of how difficult it was for her to accept her daughter’s decision to identify as non-binary.
According to her, it was tough because she didn’t understand why her daughter didn’t want to be identified as a girl or ‘her’; changed her name from Lizzie to Zack; and threw away all her feminine belongings to reflect her new identity.

Read her full story below,
Mum, this is really difficult for me to say,’ the WhatsApp message from my 12-year-old daughter began. ‘… I don’t feel like a girl, but I don’t feel like a boy.’
Staring at my phone in shock and disbelief, I replied that we’d talk about it when she got home. Later, in our living room, Lizzie told me she wanted to be referred to with they/them pronouns.
She wanted everyone to call her Zack, to swap her skirts and pink tops for curve-concealing hoodies and obliterate nearly every aspect of her former life. She had been too nervous to tell me in person that she was non-binary, yet now she looked as determined as she did scared.” The mum told DailyMa
‘I, meanwhile, felt like I had been kicked in the face. Lizzie was the name I’d chosen for my daughter, the name I’d painted in pink on her bedroom wall, to suit the princess-loving little girl I adored. Surely this must be a mistake. A phase. A way of fitting in.
‘I’ve had three years to grieve for the little girl I loved — and get to know a completely different person, who I love no less but for awhile barely recognised. Raising any teenager is tough; navigating the process with a non-binary child brings up a raft of complex issues still poorly understood by anyone not directly impacted by it.
‘How many parents know what it’s like for their child to get changed in candlelight because they hate the sight of their developing breasts? For them to want to wear a binder, to flatten their bust, or have surgery to remove it altogether?
‘So many parents think being non-binary is not a genuine state; that it is something teenagers say for attention. I should know — I was one of them.
‘Aged 38, I’m just an ordinary working mother; open-minded but not really political. I’d barely given a thought to the gender debate because I didn’t think it would affect me.
‘Given that nearly all the non-binary teenagers I know once called themselves girls, I can’t help but wonder whether societal pressure on girls, be it from social media peddling perfection or smartphone filters that push them into not feeling pretty enough, is a factor.
‘For all my shock I really wanted them to be happy.Perhaps the onset of puberty could also have triggered Zack’s decision.
‘But while I agree that some young people, particularly girls, are jumping on the bandwagon to escape the often unbearable pressure society piles on them, I don’t believe my child is one of them.
‘After three years that have tested their decision to the limit, I have come to believe that being non-binary is something Zack was born with — that they were different from the start.
‘So I was grateful to pop star Jennifer Lopez this month, when she introduced Emme, the 14-year-old she once considered her daughter, with they/them pronouns at a concert in Los Angeles. In doing so she helped draw attention to an aspect of the toxic trans debate that is having ever greater repercussions for our children.
‘At this point, however, while I accepted, I’m not sure I did understand. I was full of apprehension about Zack’s future, from their developing body — I’m big breasted, would they take after me? — to whether they’d find a partner they loved or an employer who treated them fairly.
‘Next, they asked me to remove all remnants of their old life from our house, from the dresses I gave away to the pink duvet we exchanged for green and the ‘Lizzie’ I’d painted on their wall that we papered over with posters.
‘They also asked that I remove the photographs of them as Lizzie from around the house. Taking down the canvas of my favourite print — my child climbing a tree, long hair flowing in the wind — was heartbreaking.
‘With every week I felt I was losing my girl, and paying a painful price for letting Zack live as they wanted.
‘Although Zack has happy memories of childhood, until puberty, they have said they feel like a different person now.
Zack had just started Year 7. I called the comprehensive school to tell them they’d changed their name. I was called in for a meeting, at which I gave permission for staff to use the name Zack and ‘they/them’ pronouns.
‘A lot of children are changing their names at the school, ‘the headteacher, who was accompanied by learning support teachers, told me. ‘It’s becoming quite a thing.’
‘The school has been supportive. Perhaps this explains why ten out of 200 children in Zack’s year identify as non-binary. Most comprise Zack’s new friendship group, and were born girls — I can’t think of one who was a boy. I don’t think all are genuine — I think some just want to feel part of something. ‘ she concluded

“The perpetrator who defiled and impregnated a 15 years old girl is Samuel Maikasuw 20yr old. He hails from Abaji in the FCT. He was a security man at Ms. Fadiji’s house. He was once caught with the minor last year and was severely warned never to come near the little girl again and he apologized.
“He was later transferred to the shop of the landlord’s wife who later converted him to a sales boy. He was arrested by the vigilantes and policemen in the Ikorodu area after the act. The suspect has been detained at Ikorodu division, Igbogbo.”
